This document provides instructions for drafting a geodesic dome using the alternate breakdown method. This involves:
1) Drafting portions of an icosahedron and its circumscribing sphere in two views.
2) Subdividing one face of the icosahedron into a grid by dividing each edge into four equal parts.
3) Projecting the points in the grid radially outward to their locations on the circumscribing sphere.
