V. The meeting was called to order by the President at around 1400H

VI. Proceedings:
1. Makati C3 presented a power-point presentation depicting what is Makati C3 is all about particularly its
history, areas covered, their resources, capabilities and affiliated LGUs that they may tap to respond with
the reported emergency situations.
2. They further elaborated the free services that their agency can offer in case of emergency.
3. They also inform all participants that Makati C3 is also offering hands-on emergency trainings free of
charge. Should anyone wants to avail said free services, they may send their intention letter to Atty. Eleno
Mendoza Jr. Makati DRRM Officer, Makati City hall.
4. Draft of the SSSP bylaws was presented and discussed by Mr. Alvin Matabang to all members. It has been
agreed upon to discuss further this matter on the next coordination meeting and all participants were
encouraged to offer their in-puts in order to finalize the bylaws.

VII. The meeting was adjourned at around 1700H and it has been agreed upon that the next meeting will
be held 0n August 27, 2014, Wednesday at Urban Security Agency Inc. at Transphil Building 1177
Pasong Tamo corner Bactican St. San Antonio Village, Makati City to be sponsored by Mr. Ed
Parocha.
