Accessing Megabank Prior to using Megabank: You are required to have either: a user ID and password, or a user ID and token Megabank authorizations on your user ID Internet access

Before using your token Certain services or functions executed via the internet require the use of security tokens. Corporate Treasury has the discretion to require security token access for all Megabank services.
Security token access requires the installation of Digisign security software on your PC.
The Digisign security software has been designed specifically for internet banking by Bank Mendes Gans. Digisign, in combination with a security token, assures transmission of information via a secure medium.
Via the internet new users can download directly to their PC a current release of Digisign software. Downloading security software Digisign Instructions for downloading Digisign: Access the system via the URL: www.megabank.nl Select the Download Digisign link. On the Digisign page; click download. Select Run this program from its current location (preferred). Alternatively, you may choose Save to disk and save the file to your desired location. If you selected Run this program from its current location, the download process will start automatically. Wait for the download to complete and then follow the installation instructions displayed on the screen. If you selected Save to disk, open the BMG-prod.exe file from the location where you saved the file.
Token use The token allows you to: Have system access Sign and/or approve on-line with Megabank Sign files off-line; enabling encrypted and authenticated files to be uploaded into Megabank sent by e-mail to Bank Mendes Gans

Once Digisign has been installed you can select logon Click here to download the Digisign security software before your first use.
Enter your user ID
and get your token.
Turn your token on... then press enter. enter your pin code YOUR PIN - - - - - -
Click I (Identification) to start. (The use of S will be addressed later.)

In this example we will take you through the process of approving a netting transaction
Click Approve Prior to approving a transaction, a detailed overview will be displayed

Initiate the Digisign program
and select the file to be signed.
Highlight the file to be signed, click once and click Open
In the Digisign screen, a Hash number will be displayed The name of the selected file is shown here Get your token now Switch on your token, enter your PIN and click enter. Click S twice; the display will read sign file FUNCTION?

Digisign will save the signed file with an extension .signed, though you may choose to use a different extension. Enter here your user ID and password. This is where you can change or reset your password. We will address this functionality later. A password reset is required periodically.
After entry of your user ID and password click Log on.
After logging in, you see Megabanks home page: only modules for which you are authorized will be visible. Changing your password You will be required to change your password: Upon initial login to Megabank After a password reset (you will be blocked after 3 failed logins) After using the password for a certain period of time, depending of your Company settings determined by Corporate Treasury
Your password has to comply with the following guidelines: minimum of 6 characters cannot be a string with the same character may not contain certain strings (like qwerty, 123456, password, etc.)
Click here to change your password. Click here to reset your password.
A password reset is only possible if your personal e-mail address is known at BMG.
And click Change. Then enter your new password. The new password needs to be entered twice to prevent typing errors. First enter your user ID and current password. For first time users this is the password provided by BMG. Your user ID and initial password are provided separately. Reset password For security reasons, the user ID and initial password will be sent to you separately.
The password is case sensitive!
For security reasons the number of incorrect logon attempts is limited to 3. Blocked users can request their password to be reset. To make this possible the personal e-mail address of the user must be known at BMG.
