This release contains support for new and updated file formats. There are updates
for most technologies that Actix supports, with changes falling under the following
categories:
New collection device support
Decode improvements
New attributes / modifications to existing attributes
New mobile device support in existing formats

Added support for LTE scanners for Accuver (Couei / Wireless Logix).
Added support for Nemo Handy 3.0.
Added support for Nemo Outdoor 5.4.
2. 1 Ascom suppor t
[Case 47193, 47804, 49001] A problem found in recent versions of Ascom log
files (from version 5.4.2) has been resolved that caused the GSM neighbour
cells ARFCN to be incorrectly decoded from the message Dedicated Mode.
In CDMA, support has been improved for message CDMA Power Control
Extended. The message Measurement Configuration is now supported.

2. 2 Accuver ( Couei / Wi r el essLogi x) suppor t
[Case 48705] Added support for LTE scanners.
[Case 49783] Improvements have been made to the support of Data sessions.
Couei log files are now supported by Spotlight Data Service Analysis.
2. 3 Dat aPr o suppor t
[Case 49280] Improvements have been made so that Analyzer can now handle
log files in which the clocks of the devices is out of sync by several days. Before
this release, the log files would load but the relative time for some devices
would be always 0.
[Case 49066] Support for MediaFlo has been improved.
2. 4 Er i csson UETR / GPEH suppor t
The GPEH event detection used to match the Analyzer event detection for
handsets: a GPEH call drop is now pegged for voice calls if a drop occurs
between the CC Alerting message and the CC Disconnect message.
2. 5 I nvex. NxG suppor t
[Case 45388] In iDEN, the Vocoder type is now set in the attribute
iDEN_Channel_Mode.
2. 6 Nemo suppor t
[Case 48895] Added support for Nemo Handy 3.0.
[Case 49042] The Nemo Preference Auto-load device files now works for
Nemo Outdoor 5.x log files. The Preference is located in Tools > Preferences
> General Settings > Nemo. When it is enabled, all the log files from the
same session (i.e. log files that have the same root name, such as
FILENAME.1.nmf, FILENAME.2.nmf, FILENAME.3.nmf,) are loaded as a
single file with one stream per device:

[Case 49345] Nemo format specific attributes have all been moved under
Vendor Specific > Nemo node in Attribute Explorer:

[Case 49087] Frequency band-specific attributes are now set for GSM scanners:

ScanSortChannelNo_by_SigLevel_GSM1800
ScanSortSigLevel_by_SigLevel_GSM1800

ScanSortBSIC_by_SigLevel_GSM1800_1900

The GSM1800_or_1900 attributes are set when the frequency band is PCS
1900, or when it is not possible to tell from the Nemo message whether the
measurement is for DCS 1800 or PCS 1900 band.
[Case 49242] Nemo parameter Cellular Technology is now set as an
attribute.

[Case 48647] A problem has been resolved that prevented Nemo log files from
loading when the first message in the file was a BLER message.
This release improves the Service attributes in the Data Testing node
(Service_Id, Event_Service_Init, Event_Service_Start).
Event_Service_Start is now set when the UE is assigned an IP address.
Event_Service_End or Event_Service_Fail are now set when the UE loses its
IP address (after a PDP Context deactivation, a PS Detach).
A problem has been resolved whereby the UMTS RSSI attribute
UTRA_UE_CarrierRssi could be set wrongly to 0.
2. 7 PCTEL suppor t
[Case 49433] New LTE attributes are now set for the Carrier to Interference +
Noise (CINR) ratio measured on the Reference Signal and on the combined
Synchronisation Signals.
Cellrefs look-up functionality has been improved for iDEN scanners. In the
December 2009 release, a temporary solution was implemented in setting iDEN
handset attributes. In this release, the cellrefs look-up algorithm has been
improved so that it can also work off the iDEN scanner attributes. The iDEN
handset attributes are no longer set for iDEN scanners.
Added support for BCH Top N message for WCDMA scanners.
2. 8 Rohde & Schwar z suppor t
[Case 49602] New LTE attributes are now set for Carrier to Interference +
Noise (CINR) measured on the Reference Signal and on the combined
Synchronisation Signals.
2. 9 Swi ssQual Di ver si t y / Qual i poc suppor t
Support for HSUPA chipset measurements has been improved, so that more
attributes are now set under UMTS > UpLink Measurements > HSUPA.
2. 10 Gener i c
[Case 48015] In UMTS, the RRC Rel. 6 non-critical extensions of RRC
Connection Request message are no longer licensed to HSUPA. These non-
critical extensions are now decoded with a UMTS license.

Added support for a new KPI: Web Browsing.
The failed tasks are now ignored in the application throughput summary table.
