Working as part of a 9 testers, I was tasked with working closely with business
representatives to facilitate the UAT effort. Prior to the commencement of UAT, I was
involved in both system and integration test phases.

Develop plans for and testing both hardware and software systems. Produce and
document re-usable test scripts and procedures (with expected results) to test new and
amended software and hardware to be executed by self and other staff. Interpret and
execute complex test procedures using agreed methods and standards. Document test
failures and successes compared with pre-defined criteria, in accordance with agreed
standards. Use normal operating facilities, diagnostic tools, technical manuals, test
scripts and systems documentation to identify, diagnose and report on system errors.
Review test results and modifies tests if necessary. Produce reports on system quality
and metrics on test cases. Produce plans to test the effect of the new and changed
software and hardware on existing systems.

Responsible for all aspect of project lifecycle phases including network design,
implementation and support, working closely with the designers to ensure they give an
effective handover with all the information require to develop a robust implementation
plan without compromise to the network and interruption to live services. Once
implementation plan is approved, leading and executing the plan with the support
required. Each implementation is completed when change is to the network support team.
