Monitor the accomplishments of the trainees Record accomplishments on the achievement chart Demo, provide opportunities for practice Ask the trainee if he/she is ready to take the institutional assessment Conduct institutional assessment o Explain the context of the institutional assessment / give complete instructions including safety considerations (if any) - Must include a return demo plus 1 or more institutional assessment method Provide feedback o o
