Booking Rules :

Charges for extra person are min Rs. 125/- and max Rs. 300/- to be paid at the Resort/ Hotel before occupying the
Rooms

Service charges & luxury tax wherever applicable will be charged extra

Full Occupancy charges for the entire period of stay to be paid in DD/Credit Card at the time of booking

Reservation of accommodation once made, is not transferable

Change in period of reservation is subject to additional charge

Accommodation reserved should be occupied on the first day of reservation or at the latest on the following day before
check in-time, otherwise reservation will be treated as cancelled and 100% amount will be forfeited

Refund of cancellation will be made at MTDC's Main Reservation Division, Mumbai, Regional Offices & Information &
Booking Counters

Temporary (refundable) deposit of Rs. 200/- to be paid before occupying the block to the Resort Manager. The Said
amount will be refunded at the time of departure

If Booking has been Preponed / Postponed, Cancellation is not possible
Cancellation Rules :

7 days before check-in-date - 10% of ticket value to be retained by MTDC

Within 7 days but before 72 hours of check-in-date - 25% of ticket value to be retained by MTDC

Within 72 hours of check-in-date or No Show - 100% of ticket value to be retained by MTDC

If booking done through DEBIT/ CREDIT CARD SWIPE in MTDC Offices, cancellation of such booking will attract extra
2% in addition to the above charges

If online booking done through CREDIT CARD, cancellation of such booking will attract extra 4.5% in addition to the
above charges
Prepone/Postone Rules :

Preponement / Postponment of Booking Dates from Lower Tariff Season to Higher Tariff Season has to pay the extra
amount (Higher Tariff - Lower Tariff)

Prepone / Postpone Charge of 10% from Booking Amount has to be paid.

In addition to the Extra Amount and Prepone / Postpone Charge, 4.5% of the Booking Amount has to be paid for Online
Preponement / Postponement through Credit Card

Prepone / Postpone can be done only once.
