CADTRU Solutions is pleased to offer you the position of Business Coordinator in our organization. We
all are excited about the potential that you will bring to our company. You will be on a probation period
for three months fromthe date of joining. After three months, you will be evaluated and if your
performance is satisfactory, your salary will be adjusted.
As we discussed in the interview, you will work on developing newcontacts with companies and
maintain good business relation with the existing clients. Also, you will be involved in generating new
queries for the training we provide and perform all other related activities, whenever needed.

Your Compensation structure is listed in the Annexure-A. You need to submit the documents listed in
the Annexure-B. Your appointment will be subject to the terms and conditions indicated in the Company
Policies, Annexure-C, and the rules and regulations of the company prevailing from time to time. To
indicate your acceptance of the Companys offer, please sign and date this letter in the space provided
and return it to us at the time of joining. You should join the office not later than Dec 13, 2012.

Documents to be submitted
You need to submit the photocopy of the following documents at the time of joining:
1. SSC and HSC mark sheet
2. Degree certificate
3. Certificates supporting extra curricular activities, if any.
4. Relieving letter of the company in which you are presently working.
5. Pay slip for the last two months
6. Experience letters of previous companies
7. PAN card. If you dont have a PAN card, apply for the same and submit the acknowledgement
number.
8. Driving license / Passport / Voter ID / Ration card or any other document as a proof for your
permanent address.
9. Passport size photographs 6
10. Details of the savings under section 80C, 80D, 80DD, 80E, 80G to calculate the TDS to be
deducted for this financial year. If you make any other savings after joining, you need to submit the
details immediately.
11. Form16 of the last financial year, if you join during the month of April/May. Else, you need to
submit the details of the TDS deducted.

CADTRUSolutions Company Policies
1. The office timings are 10 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Lunch timings are 1 P.M. to 2 P.M. All even
Wednesday of a month is holidays in CADTRU Solutions.
2. You will have to produce the documents listed in AnnexureB at the time of joining.
3. You will be allowed to take 15 casual leaves in a year. In case you do not utilize them, they will be
cashed at the end of the year.
4. All financial benefits for you will be forfeited once you quit CADTRU. You will not be liable for any
kind of financial benefits such as the monthly bonus, yearly bonus, or any other kind of bonus. You
will just be paid the salary for the number of days for which you worked in the month in which you
quit.
5. To avoid any kind of conflict of interests between the employee and the company, you will be
required to provide the details of any kind of professional activities in which you are involved during
your stay at CADTRU. If you are found involved in any professional activity without informing
CADTRU about it, the company will reserve the right to take action against you.
6. All information about the company and its products must be treated confidential and must not
be disclosed to anybody anytime, even after an employee leaves the company. Any such disclosure
of information will be considered illegal and breach of the company policies.
7. Appropriate action, including termination, will be taken against any employee involved with any
illegal activities in or outside the office.
8. Before leaving the company, the employee must complete the assigned projects and give a
notice of 15 days if the employee has been with the company for less than two years, otherwise the
notice period is 1 month. This is to ensure that the company has enough time to find the
replacement and train the newemployee.
9. The company policies are subjected to change from time to time.
