ABOUT MACHT
Macht Technologies Pvt. Ltd is an Engineering Company founded in Year 1994 by a Father and Son Team of
Technocrats. We provide solutions to the Automobile, and Precision Engineering industry, in design and
manufacture of:

In the year 2011 we decided to develop our own Range of Machines and did a Market Survey and
realized that even though there are many manufacturers of Standard Machines, there was a need
for something More. We have been in the Specials Business for the last 18 Years and realize that
ever customer / the components have their own unique needs. Hence we decided to launch our
Turning Program. We have based the design of our machines on the Modular Concept so as to
impart flexibility to take on variety of components as well as build machines based on the Customer
or their Components specific requirements.
Each Machine shall be suited to the family of components you wish them for, based on their Size,
Accuracy as well as the Productivity required.
Our Turning Machines Product Program includes :
End Turning for Shafts ( with Centering Facing and Clamping Diameter Generation)
Middle Drive CNC Lathes with Multi Axes for Simultaneous Machining of Shafts

In September 2011 we commissioned our 1

CNC Turning Centre in
our own Precision Parts Exports Division and it is running successfully
ever since. MT-15s our latest addition was also commissioned in
Precision Parts division in September 2013
Philosophy behind the Machine
We wanted to develop Machines which have a good Chip Producing Capacity and
is rigid and accurate enough to perform in the toughest of conditions. With MT 15 we
believe we have developed a Work Horse with toughness and precision to match.
The Designs are all Automation Ready which we see as the coming future. Having
used the machine in our own Exports Department for over 2 Years and having
convinced ourselves with the Built and Quality of the Machine, we Now offer
CNC Turning Centers to our Valued Customers. We not only offer the Model MT-15
in the Market but have also decided to develop another Model MT-15s to offer our
Customers a Choice.
MT-15s has also been developed and inducted in our CNC Machine Shop in
September 2013. Model MT-15s as the name denotes is a machine with smaller foot
print but still true to its Pedigree it packs quite a punch and is in no way less in
either Sturdiness or Performance.

Since our inception in 1994 we have developed a vast number of Special Purpose
Machines for our Customers in the Indian Auto Industry, for variety of components
Pistons, Piston Rings, Gudgeon Pin, Engine Valves, Cylinder Blocks, Differential
Housing, Crankshafts, Con Rod etc usw.

Robotics to provide their State of Art Robotic Automation

Self Feed Machining Units
We developed the 1

Self Feed Machining Unit in 2002, and have been
since then using them on our own machines as well our customers for
their Machine Building needs.These Units are Robust in Design and
Construction and over the years we have continuously optimized them
to take on a variety of Machining Tasks such as : Drilling, Reaming,
Counter Boring, Milling, etc.
These Units are available in 3 Variants :

Precision Parts Division
Our Precision Parts Division, manufactures High Precision Machined Parts for our Customers in
Europe/Germany.
Product Quality has the top most priority and to achieve the same we have laid down Strict Protocols in the
Work Process of this Division, so that the quality of the product is ensured at every stage of the manufacturing
process.
First Time Right, that is our Motto. A Team of Machining Experts study the Drawings and lay down the
Manufacturing Process for each Part, following which the Process Sheet is prepared. Each Process Drawing
is Stamped with a Controlled Stamp of the company after the Manufacturing Head has verified it.
The Operator who is producing the parts is not only responsible for meeting the Productivity Targets but also
has the 1st Responsibility of Quality. He not only checks the parameters maintained on his machine but also
checks the parameters perfomed on its predecessors ( prior to loading the part on the machine). Through this
Work Process the Quality Levels expected by Management and our Customers are maintained.
Needless to say the parts received from our Suppliers are inspected by our QA to ensure the quality standards
are met by them also.
Precision Parts Division
With our rich technical expertise, good Knowledge of English & German Language of our Directors as well as
awareness of International Quality Requirements, we were convinced we could prove to be a important
supplier to our customers in Europe / Germany and hence in 2006 we decided to establsh Precision Parts
Division which today not only caters to our Machine Tool Division but also exports precision parts to our
customers abroad .
As our Machine Tool Division also produces auxillary equipment used in precision machining, such as Fixtures
and Gauges we utilize our own Engineering Department to support this Division in their requirements for such
equipment, thus cutting down on our Development Time as well as Overheads.
Considering the In-House skills for producing Precision CNC Machines our Machine Tool Division developed
the CNC Turning Centres MT-15 and MT-15s for the Precision Parts Division based on their requirements
and can also develop High Productive Special Purpose Machines for a Product or a Family of Products
required in High volumes by our esteemed customers.
Today we are very proud to be associated with our Customers in Germany who are World Leaders in their
fields of expertise. For one such customer we are a Single Source Supplier for their Precision Parts.
