and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in the attached Terms and Conditions inclusive of all clauses numbered 1 to 30.3 and further agree that this Schedule together
with the Terms and Conditions constitute the entire Agreement and no other representations have been relied on other than those in this Agreement and further that all

OFFER & ACCEPTANCE

Impressions Finance Pty Ltd (ABN 78 111 978 182) of 44 Benson Street, Toowong QLD, 4066, as Owner, hereby supplies to the Customer described in the Schedule and the
Customer hereby accepts from the Owner for the payments as set out in the Schedule, the Equipment described in the Schedule (“Equipment”) upon the Terms and Conditions
set out in this Agreement (“Agreement”). The Customer has arranged with the supplier of the Equipment for delivery as provided in the Terms and Conditions of the
Agreement.
