This evaluation must be completed by the employee's immediate supervisor according to the procedure. From the list of indicators above, the non- teaching staff will be rated on each of the performance factors according to the following scale:
NOTE: An evaluation of 79 and below deserves a serious call of attention, since the standards of the school require more than perfunctory performance of work.
