Dear Eastminster Family,

But how do I do that? That question may be on your mind after the
past two Sunday sermons have reminded us that, despite the barrage of
messages otherwise, Its not about us, and Its not about our children
or grandchildren, either. Here are three Eastminster staff members
ready and waiting to help you grow in Christ. Please contact them and
find a way to grow.

the teams helping people rebuild from Hurricane Sandy.

building team from the Episcopal Diocese of New York. Our group will stay at a Holiday Inn
Express on Staten Island, near the work site. Breakfast is available at the hotel each morning
and free parking, as well. Calvary Presbyterian Church on Staten Island will provide three
dinners. The group will end work early one day to travel into New York City for dinner and
sightseeing. The group will depart from Eastminster early on Sunday, October 5, and return
Saturday, October 11. Cost is $262.50 per person, excluding travel costs, lunches and any excursions. We must have your firm commitment by September 4, to keep the good room rates.
