Brother Harold Hale fell off a ladder inside his
home August 1 and broke his leg. After an
operation at Soin Hospital he is now
recuperating at Dayspring in Fairborn. Cards

Once again, we plan to set up a food booth in
front of the Lodge this year. The booth will be
setup on Friday Oct. 3 and Saturday Oct. 4.
Every large undertaking requires strong support
and participation. So we are asking for your
help. Please check your schedules and allocate
some of your time. The Lodge plans to
participate in the parade again this year.

December 17,1956 - July 8, 2014
Brother Woodrum (57) was raised March 29,
2003 and continued his membership for 11
years. New Carlisle Lodge conducted Masonic
Funeral Services for Bro. Woodrum at Trostel,
Chapman Funeral Home July 12.
Julia DeWeese
Sister Julia DeWeese (74) died July 3, 2014.
She was a Past Matron of New Carlisle Chapter
and Home City Chapter, Order of the Eastern
Star. She is survived by her loving husband of
54 years, Brother Cornell DeWeese.

Bro. Jefferson Honefanger II was raised June 19 and Bro. Adam
Newsome was raised July 26. New Carlisle Lodge is happy to add these
outstanding men to our roster and wish them well in their quest for more

Blood Drive Results
Thanks to Everyone Who Participated
New Carlisle Lodge sponsored a Blood Drive on July 15 at the Scared Heart
Church in New Carlisle. We had 51 individuals that went through the
registration and screening process and 41 units were donated. Thanks to Roger
Thornbury for serving refreshments furnished by New Carlisle Lodge to those
who donated blood.
