1. Write the date in your journal/calendar that you began praying about a request.

2. Space is left in the journal for you to write down when and how God answered your
prayer.

3. Go back or ahead in your prayer journal and keep praying for the requests you have
written on that day of the week.
Example: Pray for all requests you have written on every Tuesday.

4. Keep a note pad with your Quiet Time Journal. Things will come to your mind that the
Holy Spirit may be reminding you to do. Jotting them down will help you remember all
