The business model of Createz Bhd. is an online business that sell graphic design services
online. Basically, it is a service business that practices Business-to-consumer (B2C). Createz
will provide design service for those who would like to design logo, banner, brochure,
website and postcard. Our company is to provide design service by according to the customer
requirement regarding to their design.


Createz would be a new start-up company with small business scale and the business will be
formed by five members and a consultant in the company. Basically, the management team in
Createz Bhd. would be Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Sales and Marketing Manager, IT and
Administration Manager, Graphic Designer and Finance Manager. Each of the company
departments manager will perform their job and responsible by according to their expertise
area.

First of all, CEO would be Loh Gaik Sim in Creatz Bhd. as she is going to monitor all the
company manager and designer work performance. Ong Gaik Fang would be the Sales and
Marketing Manager in the company. She is going to market the business to the market, as she
will seek for order from the company target market. Besides, various kind of promotion will
be carry out by her in order to attract customer to purchase for Createz graphic design
service.

IT and Administration Manger would be Pang Siew Li in Createz Company. She is
responsible in admin the company server and database, hosting the Createz website, collect
order and communicate with Createz graphic designer regarding the customer design
requirement. Thus, Choong Shu Huey would be the company graphic designer.

In Createz Bhd. Chen Chew Yuong will be the Finance and Accounting Manager as she will
perform all the company accounting work and from time to time report to the CEO about the

The Createz Bhd. is a company that provide online graphic design service with well-priced,
creative, distinct, eye-catching design to the customer, and superior customer attention. The
Createz company is a low cost start-up online business that provide online graphic design
service efficiently and effectively. Throughout the design process there will be five steps for
customer to go through in order to get their ideal graphic design. It is a very simple and easy
five steps to follow.

First of all, customer should fill up an online design order form. During this very first step
customer are required to fill in their personal detail information and their concept of design
which is the most important information. Createz will try to get as specific and detailed
information about the design the customer want as possible. This is due to virtual
communication could not be as effective as verbal communication. Thus, the more or specific
description or information that a customer provides the better and distinct design would be
draw out by Createz designer.

After the customer has submitted all the relevant information Createz will start to process
customers order. During this step, Createz would start to process and interpret all the
information. Once the customer order form is submitted then the customer will receive an e-
mail that have his/her order number and payment method. Terms and condition about the
payment can be seen from the Createz website as the link has provided in the email.
Furthermore, Createz will send the customer a confirmation e-mail once we have received the
customers payment. In the step 3 is the initial design sample will drawn. The first draft of
the design samples will ready to show to customers within two working days. The samples
will be sent via email or uploaded on a secure site that only accessible by the particular
customer.

Design, redraw and revision is the fourth steps of the service. After the customer has chosen
concept they like, they should then communicate with the Createz graphic designer over the
changes or correction that the customer would like to. There will be free of charges for design
revisions. In the last step which is design approval. After all, the Createz have drawn the most
satisfied design for the customer then the Createz will send customers the final files of the
design in vector source files (EPS, AL) and web files (eps, .tiff, .psd , .jpg, .pdf, .svg, .bmp,
.gif, .png ).
