They are generally held monthly, but the presidency may recommend that the meetings be held

Fresh Apple Cake
your visiting teaching. 1/2 c. shortening 2 c. sugar 2 eggs
Thank you! Cream shortening, sugar and eggs.

Add the following to the above mixture:


1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 1/2 tsp. .cinnamon

Angelcrossingladies. Blend all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes in a 9X13 pan, greased

Topping:
1 c. sugar 1/2 c. margarine 1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Just before serving, heat to boiling and pour over individual cake slices while
hot. Finish off with a dollop of whip cream.
