Psychic Mastery Activations Protocol

Included is a basic protocol to be used with the Psychic Mastery
Activations.

I would suggest that you keep this for your reference as some of these
guidelines and concepts will become clearer and more relevant only
after you have practiced the activations/meditation several times.

This is a basic beginner to intermediate guide - In time you will naturally
move beyond these pointers as your own practice and understanding
unfolds.

What is commonly known as the psychic is essentially information
that is not readily revealed to the normal levels of sensory
development.
Psychic Mastery develops the 5 senses beyond what is normal and
into the higher and expanded levels of their potential.
It is from this level of expansion and depth that each sensory then gains
access to what is known as the psychic.
Psychic Mastery is the ability which allows you to understand and
interpret Spiritual and Multi-dimensional consciousness.
This practice is directly integrated into all other spiritual cultivation
work and indeed life for life itself is the training ground for the spirit.
The practice of Psychic Mastery can be commenced as a stand alone
practice or it can be integrated into any of the other activations.
It is important to understand that the other activations work as a
direction and Psychic Mastery unlocks this direction.
Another way of seeing this is that the other activations are guidance
systems, bringing your consciousness to a destination such as the Higher
Self or the Soul. Psychic Mastery on the hand reveals the deeper
information and consciousness that is available through both the journey
to these destinations and the destinations themselves.
If practicing Psychic Mastery as a stand alone practice simply
practice the activations in sequence.
You will find that over the weeks and months that your psychic
consciousness simply opens up more and more.
If practicing in conjunction with another activation it is best to choose
just one psychic sensory to concentrate on first and then to add others in
subsequent weeks and months.
For instance to integrate the psychic sensory of clairvoyance into
Meditation Mastery Activations simply practice Meditation Mastery
as you normally would.
After approximately 15-20 minutes of practice begin to hold the psychic
space of Clairvoyance simultaneously as you continue to practice
Meditation Mastery.
It is not important whether you see or visualize anything at this stage.
Simply holding these two languages or energies together allows a
communication to take place.
This communication will in time lead to a Clairvoyant connection with
your Higher Self.
It is important to simply observe this process objectively.
This means to detach yourself from the result and to just observe the
process objectively.
Objective observation allows the process to actually open up and
happen.
On the other hand expectation creates an energetic tension within the
consciousness that prevents opening from occurring.
There must be a balance between intent and focus which is a direction
and yielding and objective observation which is allowing that direction
to take place.
It could be compared to stretching a physical muscle.
The best way to stretch a muscle is to hold the muscle at its limit and
then to relax and allow the stretch to happen.
If we try to force the stretch it is actually counter-productive.
Holding the muscle at its limit is the focus and intention part of the
equation, it is telling the body and mind that we wish to stretch.
Relaxing is the part of allowing the process to occur.
This same principle applies in Psychic Mastery.

I would suggest for beginners concentrating on Clairsentience and
Clairvoyance first. These are simply the senses that most practitioners
connect to the easiest. It is then quite simple to use the principles and
skills gained here to activate the other senses.

If you feel more connected to beginning with any other senses first or in
another way you are of course encouraged and welcome to do so.

For the purposes of this protocol I have outlined the basic guidelines for
use with Clairvoyance and Clairsentience. The discourse cds contain
detailed instruction and knowledge on the processes to activate all 5
psychic senses.

Practice EACH of these activations for 10 minutes each session. ie. 10
minutes for Clairsentience and 10 minutes for Clairvoyance.
Endeavor to practice for 2 sessions a day.

Listen to both discourse cds 1 and 2 before beginning the guided
activations (cd3).

Initially have the hand touching the heart chakra as this will provide a
solid connection and focal point for your mind, body and consciousness
to practice with.

In several weeks begin to experiment with holding the hand several
inches from the Heart chakra - away from the body. This will link into a
different dimension of your consciousness.

When practicing Clairsentience simply feel the touch of the hand on the
heart chakra.

You may also wish to practice using only the index and middle fingers
touching the heart chakra. This will generate a different frequency of
energy.

For the next 7 days simply concentrate on feeling the touch of your
fingers.

Keep your focus as continuous as possible.

If there are any distractions at all, allow these to come and to do what
they must, however gently guide your focus to remain on the touch of
your fingers at this point.

Allow your focus to be flexible to that if distractions should come then
your focus will bend and move yet still be able to remain focused on the
point.

It is similar to bamboo moving in the wind. Even though strong wind
moves the bamboo, the bamboo remains firmly rooted into the ground.

Another analogy is like focusing on a pebble in a stream. The water is
moving and you simply allow it to continue moving but you also remain
focused on the pebble.

For Clairvoyance, simply use your mind's eye to focus and "look"
toward or at your heart chakra.

For the next 7 days simply focus on looking toward the heart chakra.

Do not be concerned if you think you are looking with your physical
eyes or your mind's eye or your imagination.

Simply look and your consciousness will apply itself to fulfilling this
goal. The appropriate "muscles" of the consciousness are developed by
applying this intent.

If you should see any lights, any visuals or even just blackness, just
watch them objectively without attachment.

It is like watching scenery from the window of a car, it comes and goes
and we simply watch without reaction, expectation or attachment.

This trains the mind and body to be "open."

"Openness" is a critical tool for developing the psychic consciousness
because it is by only by learning to be open that psychic information and
knowledge is able to be received.

Again: If any thoughts, emotions or feelings should arise, allow these to
do what they must, but remain focused on "looking" toward the heart
chakra.

Keep your focus as continuous as possible.

It is okay if you feel and perceive very little at this stage.

Psychic development in itself is the development and expansion of
perception.

Focusing on feeling the touch stretches and expands the perception of
psychic touch or Clairsentience.

Focusing on seeing the heart chakra stretches and expands the
perception of psychic sight or Clairvoyance.

Expansion and stretching is literally the development of the ability to
perceive "more" - and so these practices will bring the perception of
"more" as your consciousness learns to realize and recognize more of its
own multi-dimensional capacity.

The process in itself is very non-intellectual. What is important is that
you practice.

It is like having a bath - the interaction occurs with the water at a non-
intellectual level.

The practices of Psychic Mastery are about immersing the
consciousness in the energies or "directions" that activate the psychic
senses.

Through this immersion, the requisite psychic abilities are developed.

So while it is of course important to have an intellectual understanding
of why the practices work in the way they do, while actually practicing,
the intellect better serves if it simply lets go of control.

If of course the intellect is resistant to letting go, then we simply allow it
to do what it needs to do, however we simply focus on the practice itself,
rather than feeding it.

The less attached, expectant or reactive we can be to the experience the
more open that we are to the progression of our abilities.

The more open we are the easier it becomes to expand consciousness.

Often the practices will simply begin to reveal themselves and unfold
naturally for you, however be in touch with any of our coaches and
