Service tax will be charges extra as applicable.



General Terms & Condition:-
1. Minimum period of contract 1 Year from 10
th
of September 2013.
2. Above prices are exclusive of all the taxes /govt. levies.
3. Termination Clause:-
a. Either party can terminate the contract with 30 days of written
notice.
4. Payment terms: - 45 Days net from the receiving of the invoice.
5. Any adjustment required for previous month will be done in next billing
cycle.
6. Non-performance by individual consultant. Upon communication of non-
performance, Team Computers will withdraw the services of the said
consultant and shortlist suitable candidates for replacement.
7. Responsibility of upkeep of quality and quantity of output of the
consultant will belong to the client.
8. Software: - No s/w support is covered under this contract. S/w needs to
be provided by the customer.
9. During the term of this contract and extension to it, and for a further
period of 2 years, each party agrees not to approach directly, or indirectly
through direct party solicit or hire for employment for those employees
directly providing services for third party under this agreement with a
view to offering work to such a person or encouraging that person to cease
performing services for Mosaic or Team as the case may be.
