Themeline:
WHO suggested that for a succesfull protection of the community 95% of children need to have
vaccination. Vaccine represent one of the most succesfull and effective interventions in mdicine.
By vaccination people, society has been able to eradicate numerous disease that caused millions
of death before. WHO decided to try and eradicate polio world wide with vaccination.

Limitation:
Those who make vaccination compulsary is government, with the 5 vaccination compulsory such
as Polio, DPT, BCG, Hepatitis B and measles. It should be implemented in developing country
like Indonesia where the viruses are still endemic, the hygiene is still bad so the risk would be
considerably higher. By compulsorying vaccine, it will protected people from many nkinds of
disease.

Arguments:
Medical :
1. If an age group is protected, that result in a better health conditions for the whole society
2. Vaccination can give good body immune, so when people attacked by disease it will not
cause sick. Advanced country like japan, ever stop the vaccination but infact it cause the
highest rate of disease.
3. In Indonesia at 2005 happen the great accident, it is polio, and after confirmed infact they
are never get polio vaccination.
Economical :
1. Commonly used vaccine are cost effective and preventive way of promoting health,
compared to the treatment of acute or chronic disease
2. Immunization for childhood against 7 disease were estimated to save over $ 50 billion /
birth year cohort
3. Produvtivity rates remain high and less money because people are healthier.

2. Autism increase between 200-500% in the world after getting vaccination
3. SIDS ( Sudden Infant Death syndrome) increased from 0,55 per 1000 become 12,8 per
2000 and the top of SIDS accident happen in 2-4 months when vaccine is began given to
babies.
