a) Ryanair:
. Bad aspect of they are culture
. They believe in skills worker.
. Poor costumer services
.They gets more benefits everyday by selling the cheaper tickets to connect or travel to
Europa.
b) Macdonald:
. Dressing code
. Team work
. Friendly
. Good customer service.

1.2 leadership characteristics are a function by knowing yourself, be organised, time keeping, action
plan, listening, socialize, communication skills, coaching.


1.3 Describe formal and informal communication processes in the business or Ryanair is a lack of
opportunity to be promoted.

Formal communication is the hierarchy communication from manager to supervisor then to
employees.
Informal communication is any communication outside formal charnels, friend, social media
. Advantage is help to establish rules, regulation processes and responsibility. It give greater
awareness of who is who.



. Disadvantages of message my take long time to arrive to the top manager, information get lost
or transform, incomplete, missing.

1.4 The organisation culture in Ryanair are:
. Aggressive management
.No involving employee to make a decision
. Poor customer services (no relationship with costumer.)
It is good the Ryanair to change the old culture by adapted the new one; have a good relationship
with customer, helping each other by team work, reward bonus to employee to cool the down,
explain the benefits to employee, role and responsibility, improved the way the are working.
