Questions:
1. Do candies from different bags have the same mass?
Based on statistical analysis and the data provided, each bag of Skittles

candy will generally


contain pieces of candy that have a similar mass of about one gram about 86% of the time.

2. How do the masses distribute?
The mass distribution of each skittle candy among the 16 bags according to the bar graph
(See bar graph) is similar in mass (about 1.0 g), however, the presence of minor
discrepancies or masses less than or greater than one gram may be due to a manufacture error
during the production of the candy. Nonetheless, the mass of one gram per skittle candy is
consistent from each bag.
