Today I am going to express my views on a very important topic that is Hard
work is essential to excellence. I would like to express my views in the light
o !uran and "unnah.
#es, hard work is essential to excellence. Allah says in the Holy !uran$
%&erily will never Allah change the condition o a people until they can
change it themselves%.
The Holy Prophet says$
'It means laborers are the riends o A((AH%.
)rom all the above verses and hadith we can iner that *xcellencies can be
achieved with hard work.
There is nothing or a man except what he struggles or. It is a act
universally and historically admitted that even a small insect does not get its
ood without scratching the earth, the leave s or the roots. +ithout hectic
search or ood no creature o Allah can survive. This is the world o those
who never sit idle to kill their precious time. To sustain one,s lie everybody
needs continuous sweated labour.

*very man is the architect o his own ate. +e ind thousands o examples
in the history o mankind which presents to us a magniicent spectacle o
men and events across the passage o centuries. Thousands o great
luminaries who made repeated eorts or their astounding achievements are
shining like stars in the sky. The names o hardworking and brave persons
which come into my mind are -uhammad .in !asim, "ir "yed Ahmad /han,
-uhammad Ali 0innah, Allama I1bal and so on. I we look beyond this
scenario there are names o those military men who perormed such heroic
deeds because o which they not only won name, ame and rank but also set
the best example o our national honor. It,s a great saying that everyday you
do something that will inch you closer to a better tomorrow.

I I keep on relating the stories o brave hard working great men it would
take the whole time and I won,t be able to inish even the list.

importance o hard work and has also lamented the atalist elements among
the 5mmah. He says
6od never changes the lie conditions o those people who do not have the
will to change it themselves.
3nly plants and animals are limited by the rules o ate. -an is only guided
by the device rules.

In this world there is survival o ittest. 3nly those people can survive who
are hard working and can swim in the sea o postmodernism.
Today *urope and America are ruling the world because o their hard work.

hard work. #ou cannot pinpoint a single person who has achieved the top
position without hard work.
