Establishment of the company. Development and production of custom-made security systems begins. 1991. PERCo manufactures the first Russian-made tripod turnstile. 1993. PERCo develops and starts production of the first in Russia electromechanical office lock and proximity-cards based network access control system. 1994. PERCo sets up a network of dealers. 1995-1996. PERCo opens production of the first Russian- made proximity card readers initiating a wide spread of RFID technologies in the country. 1999. PERCo launches serial production of waist-high and full height electromechanical rotor turnstiles. 2000. A nationwide network of showrooms at regional dealers and a training centre are opened. 2001. The first international installation outside the CIS countries (Reykjavik, Island). 2002. Broader international expansion, the first sales to France, Japan and the UK. 2003. Training PERCo training centre conducts regular introductory seminars and workshops on access control systems for both installing and end-user companies. The training centre is equipped with PCs and stands with working products for real hands-on training. A new format of training in the form of webinars (on-line workshops) has been successfully introduced and is currently used to get our partners and end-users more acquainted with PERCo products. PERCo locks can be integrated in access control systems and can be controlled fail-safe or fail-secure, providing night-time and day-time operating modes. The locks are available with different options and are absolutely compatible with common widely used lock cylinders, escutcheon plates and handles. IP-Stiles PERCo IP-Stiles are designed as a turnkey access control solution featuring a controller and 2 card readers built-in in a turnstile housing and supplied with single-user software. Being an IP-based control device it can be used as a stand-alone access control system at moderate-size companies or be integrated in an existing one over Ethernet protocol. PERCo manufactures various types of IP-Stiles based on compact tripod turnstiles, box tripod turnstiles and rotor turnstiles.
