Position Summary:
The Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to fnancial reporting. This
position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices
and procedures to ensure accurate and timely fnancial statements. The Accounting
Manager supervises fve staf accountants and is responsible for managing the team to
ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:

!nsure the timely reporting of all monthly fnancial information.

Requirements:
&irst degree education or e"uivalent.
'revious e(perience )minimum * years+ of working efectively in a relationship and

,ood analytical and interpretation skills including statistical analysis to handle business
and technical information efectively.
,ood written communication skills particularly in producing reports and procedures.

Position Summary:
This position reports to the 6' and Assistant Treasurer and interacts with other functional
areas of Treasury, %orporate Accounting, Ta(, 'ayables and #eceivables, Audit. The
candidate must have strong communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to lead
a team of Treasury professionals and cross-functional teams. %andidate must be analytical
and possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account
funding. !nsure ade"uate li"uidity for working capital needs and invest short term e(cess
cash. Manage inter-company cash, including inter-company lending, dividends, and
capital in/ections.
