Permit will be issued and the validity of it will be the remaining period of the previous Building permit
excluding the suspended period.

*During suspended period, minimum fees AED 1,000/- per month shall be paid. This will be
calculated from the date of suspension of work till resumption of work and to be paid when the
works will be resumed. This is not applicable for the projects that are cancelled.
