transmi ssion products. What' s more, we offer a
10-year warranty against manufacturing defects - a first of its
kind assurance that builds confidence and trust.
LAUNCHING INDIA'S FIRST
550 KV EHV CABLES
We are now supercharging India's growth further, by setting
up the countrys first plant to manufacture EHV cables of
220 KV to 550 KV with an installed capacity of 2,500 km per
annum. This takes India in to the select league of countries
that make Extra High Voltage Power Cables.

Our conductors facility is India's first plant with in-house alloy
manufacturing capabilities with type testing facilities for rods;
The first in India to develop and manufacture alloy conductors
and proto-test for HSHC (High Strength High Conductivity)
Conductors and the first BIS Mark holder for Alloy Conductors in
India having ISI Licences for all types of conductors.

The company has supplied more than 50,000 transformers and
with huge expansions on the anvil, it is geared to become the
largest transformer manufacturing company in India.
The Transformer division has been formed with the takeover
of Western Transformers and Apex Transformers, bringing
in over four decades of manufacturing and technical
excellence to the fold. To further fuel growth, fresh
investments in technology, capabilities and capacities have
been made in this division.

Diamond Power has set up a tower manufacturing plant
with an installed capacity of 48,000 MT per annum. The
plant utilises state-of-the-art technology (Screw technology)
to design transmission towers that withstand the roughest of
weathers. With a sturdy built and technically superior quality,
they perform in the most demanding of conditions. Not
surprisingly, Diamond Power's transmission towers are
empowering every corner of the country by delivering power
efficiently and reliably.

Our comprehensive range of power equipment which covers 80% of
T&D infrastructure, combined with excellent execution capabilities,
gives us total control over every EPC project. From planning, design &
development, procurement, right up to the erection and
commissioning, we have successfully executed turnkey projects even
in remote areas of India.
Our core focus areas are turnkey high voltage and extra high voltage
transmission line projects. Besides rural and urban electrification and
distribution projects, we are also an active and major player in
distribution automation and providing project upgrades.

conductor manufacturer to become India's truly integrated power infrastructure company.

Chairman
Sumit Bhatnagar is a BE in Electronics and
Telecommunications with an MBA in International Finance
from Swinburne University, Melbourne, Australia. While
there, he received the chancellor's medal and a scholarship
for obtaining the highest grades in his course. He brings with
him over 11 years of experience in system implementation
like ISO 9002, developing an in-house internal audit system
and putting in place the MIS system for effective decision
making and control.

Jt. Managing Director
Amit Bhatnagar is a BE in Industrial Engineering (Gold
Medalist), MBA in Finance & an MDP with a Gold Medal
from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila. He has over
17 years of experience in marketing of electrical products.
His strong industry background, coupled with hands-on
experience, has helped us create an enviable client
network and long term relationships.
