Purpose & Instructions: Estimate Team Lead prepares an estimate summary that documents the estimating process for review by Delivery
Management. The process requires development of a detailed solution, approach and estimate that meets the client's needs and targeted margin. The
Delivery Manager uses this tool to document required changes to the estimate. The estimate summary is included with the proposal documents for
proposal review by rea Management, as required depending on the proposal value
