Introduction: Websites, Educational CD's and Learning modules are resource materials for teaching Mathematics. The enormous popularity of the Internet as a social networking, business and education tool paved its way for the risc of web pages that make it possible to strengthen their brand and professional position in the industry. Learning modules are a method for presenting course materials in a linear fashion with a table of contents and the ability to control the release of the material one screen at a time. Learning modules can be viewed sequentially or non sequentially. If sequential viewing is enforced, students view the learning module in the order in which the item are listed. Education CD's is a portable and cheap data storage format. For this reason, they are very popular in schools and colleges. Lectures are able to handout their recorded talks on CDs, even being able to record a whole semester or items work on to a disc and pass it on to students. Importance of Websites, Educational CD's and Learning Modules: Educational website provide resource for the students. It can also guide the teachers by providing activities and updated information. Most educational websites are geared towards young children. A school website needs to be a place where students. Potential students and their families can go to learn anything and everything they need to know about that school. The website should act as constant representative where Potential students can gain first hand information about the way a school works and where current students can go to find everything from the teachers or breakfast clubs or trip information. Its the desires and goals that a business company or a personal wants to achieve through this website. However there are several benefits that can be achieved by anyone for a personal or professional use. Let's draw an example. In a business, a website will become a great virtual presentation of what we are doing and offering our clients. Besides, it also allows to target our market and increase visibility on the web. In addition to televisions, VCRs, and computers, both CD and DVD technologies are becoming quite common in educational environments. Students and teachers can use CD- Rs and DVD-Rs as storage media for important computer files, such as class research projects. Students can listen to books on CD. CD and DVDs are in integral and universally accepted data format to the extent everyone would recognize a CD or DVD disc and know how to use one. We all know that CDs can be used to store music, video and data, but below we look at the various application for the CD and how it is being distributed within different industries, from advertising to educational and its applications within social circles. Learning modules are used to package and present content and allow instructors to organize related course materials in the table of contents. All types of contents, such as items, assignments and tests can be included in a learning module. Learning modules are edited like any other item in a content area. Content within a learning module is added and managed just like content in a folder or content area. The learning module is a shell to which other types of content, such as files are added.
