I cant remember the last time I forgot something.
Thats a common humorous and paradoxical statement you
might have come across. But on a serious note, at times,
we all feel that our memory is deteriorating. Given that the
factors contributing to poor memory are many, (everyday
stress, depression and anxiety, for example), you can
employ specific techniques to sharpen your memory.
For example, self-hypnosis can help you to let go of the
mental blocks that might be preventing you from recalling
things precisely, thus helping you to improve memory.
But first things first. Before you learn about how hypnosis
works for better memory , you should know how our memory
actually works.
Once a memory is created, it is stored
somewhere (experts from different fields contradict on
another regarding this storage and somewhere).
They assume that there are three ways to store
memories: first in the sensory stage ; next in short-term
memory ; and eventually, for some memories, in long-
term memory .
Short-term memory (STM) can last for no more than 30
seconds, unless you rehearse the newly acquired
information within that timeframe.
Example of STM includes recalling a phone number.
And, long term memory works in two phases:
You store the information/ experience somewhere
in your mind
You recall the memory as and when needed
When the access or retrieval to that stored memory is
hampered or blocked, it results in what we call poor
memory!
It has been established in many cases, accessing that
blocked memory has been possible and successful
through hypnosis!
Moreover, it can also help you focus on both phases of the
long term memory system- how the information is stored
and how to recall it.
Often misunderstood conceptually, both hypnosis and
self hypnosis are actually the same thinghypnotizing
the self; the difference lies in the techniques/
procedureeither someone with the required expertise
is helping you to reach that trance like state OR you are
employing and practicing techniques to achieve it!
Now for the
Steps for self hypnosis steps to improve memory:
Step#1: Relax Yourself
Sit down/ recline comfortably
Close your eyes and breathe in deeply to relax
Take all your concentration to your toes, hold it there for
some time and then slowly work your way upwards
through your legs, hips, abdomen, chest, neck to your
head
While you do what is mentioned above, imagine that each
of the muscle groups are getting relaxed (you can silently
say to yourself my toes are relaxed now, so are my calf
muscles, my arms are relaxed now and so on for each
part of your body as you move upwards)
Start counting backwards from 10 to 0 slowly. As you
count, visualize yourself going down a flight of stairs.
As you reach zero, you are likely to find yourself in a
light trance.
Next
Step#2: Imagine yourself about to enter a large library
Photo Credit: Marcus Hansson via Compfight cc
You are standing outside a library.
Observe the detailsthe surroundings, the architecture of
the library and slowly get inside and look around.
The library you visualize is the library of your mind.
Everything you have known or experienced will be found
there.
Step# 3: Going through the books in the library(This
exercise will help to organize your mind)
If you have a particular topic of interest, find out a book
that contains all your knowledge on the particular
subject.
Recall all the information you have in your mind.
After you have gone through the book, place it back
where you have found it.

Step#4: Recall old memories
Next, start recalling old memories
This will make you feel calmer and more relaxed.
You will feel happier.
Step#5: Command Yourself
While you are still in the trance-like state, repeat specific
commands to yourself. For example I have a photographic
memory- I can remember everything I wish to Let
yourself be taken over by positivity.
Step#6: Completing Your Self-Hypnosis session
To come out of the trance-like state:
Slowly count from 1 to 5
Make sure that your conscious thoughts are refreshing
and positive.

hypnosis to improve memory.
Moving on to:
What else can you do to improve memory?
Stay positive. Remember, if you believe that you have a
poor memory, your mind will do anything and everything
to prove you right.
Consider learning basic attention skills. Sometimes, poor
attention can deteriorate your memory.
Play memory games; indulge in trivia quizzes or jigsaw
puzzles blindly (which means you should not refer back
to the image on the box). Exercising your mind is a key
to a sharper memory.
Control anxiety and manage depression as they can lead
to poor concentration- therefore causing poor memory.

A Step by Step Guide to Using the Powerful
Piggy Back Hypnotic Induction
When learning Conversational Hypnosis you will
be building a bank of inductions that you will
use at different times for different purposes with
different people. One of those inductions that you
find to be very useful will be the piggy back
hypnotic induction.
In the piggy back hypnotic induction you find
that you can accomplish all four stages of the 4
Stage Protocol easily and powerfully. Through
the simple task of attaching suggestions to
statements and yes sets you will successfully
absorb attention, bypass critical thinking, solicit
an unconscious response and use that response
toward a specified outcome.
In the piggy back hypnotic induction you will do
this mainly through making verifiably true
statements about direct experiences. These will
use sensory words like feel, notice, see and
hear. You will use these words in a way the
redirects awareness by way of taking control of
their attention.
Lets take a look at a step by step guided way to
use the powerful piggy back hypnotic induction.
To begin this induction you will first start your
session out with making verifiably true
statements. These statements should contain
words like notice, feel, see or hear.
You can use taste and smell but they are more
difficult to work into a conversation where you
are really having that experience. You will
usually be using the sensations that are
associated with hearing, seeing and feeling.
Each of these true statements should portray
physical aspects all about the sensory
experiences that are true. You do have a feeling
in your leg; you can become aware of it when it
is brought to your attention. Remember these
are simple statements about the persons
physical state that are true.
In the second step of the induction you will
simply add a conjunction at the end of your set
of statements and a word that makes a
suggestion to do something. Conjunctions that
you would use are words such as while, and,
because or that means. After adding the
conjunction you will simply add a word like
relax, grow heavy or breathe.
When you use this induction you find it easier to
accomplish the induction if you use your
hypnotic language that you have been learning
through out your training. In this induction all
the other things you have learned are still going
to be very useful, especially the language skills.
By the end of step two you have made your four
or five sensory rich true statements and have
added a suggestion to the end of them by way of
using a simple conjunction. In doing this you
have started a process of relaxation for your
subject.
The next step will be to repeat the first two steps
over again. In this step you need to be sure to
keep your statements again a completely
verifiably true about physical aspects of your
listener. Then you will again attach a relaxing
suggestion to the end by way of conjunction.
Each time you do this you will take the
suggestion just one step further into whatever
state of relaxation you used in the original set of
statements. Using your hypnotic language you
will continue to add to these suggestions
throughout the induction.
The final step in the piggy back hypnotic
induction will be to continue your statements
each time making them less true. By this step
you will have been creating a very strong and
powerful yes set. You will make your verifiably
true statements less true and your attached
suggestion in a way that they will stand on their
own.
Eventually as you progress through the
continuous loop that is this induction you will be
making only stand alone statement for your
listener to take in and actualize.
Now that you know how to take your listener
through the entire piggy back hypnotic induction
there is one more concept to keep yourself
aware of. That is that in this induction you have
the option of making it a very direct or indirect
type of induction.
When you use this induction as a very direct
induction the suggestions you attach to the true
statements will use terms that are directly
related to hypnosis or going into trance. These
will be words like hypnosis and trance; you will
use them frequently and liberally within the
induction.
To create a less direct induction you will use all
the same steps only you will utilize more
indirect trance themes. You have read about
these before and they will be words like relax,
imagine, go within or to make comfortable.
There are many other examples and strings of
words that you can create for yourself and use in
this indirect way of performing the induction.
When you apply the indirect way of using the
piggy back hypnotic induction you will be able to
conduct the induction without ever really directly
stating what it is you are doing, and all the
principals will still be there.
Choosing to use the direct or indirect area of this
induction will largely depend on the person you
are working with and what you would like to
accomplish. Either way will work and
accomplish the goal you have in mind when it is
done correctly.

How to Develop Unconscious Rapport in
Hypnosis
Conversational Hypnosis is as it sounds, it is
generally made up of different conversations,
different ways of communicating. In
communication whether it is verbal, non-verbal,
physical or sub-communications you are
constantly building some type of rapport.
Rapport is a very important and valuable part of
Conversational Hypnosis.
Building the type of rapport you need in your
hypnosis is a job that requires hard work. Now
rapport itself, on a non hypnotic level, is easy to
build. You do it every day with family, friends,
co-workers and even complete strangers.
This is a natural function that you learned in the
earliest years of your life. The fact is that rapport
building is an intuitive process that you can
learn how to do consciously, you can learn to
repeat the rapport building processes you use
everyday.
The easiest way to build rapport with others is to
always remember to go first. Going first is a
concept you have learned and will use often in
Conversational Hypnosis. Going first means that
you must first enter or engage yourself in the
state you want to project onto others around
you. When you do this you will sub-
communicate signals to those around you about
the state you are in and it will influence them to
join you in that state.
When you have a strong rapport with another
person, lets say a family member or your best
friend, you probably feel certain things when you
are in their general presence. Most people will
feel different things like a fluttering in the
stomach or the sensation of being able to
breathe easier. This feeling is different for
everyone but it is a feeling that is usually
associated with comfort, trust and a feeling of
being at ease in their presence.
You may even be experiencing it now as you
think of that person, and as you think of that
feeling and person you will likely start to
experience the state that goes along with the
particular rapport you share with that person.
Many times it is helpful in learning to build
rapport to associate a certain color with the
feeling you link to that rapport.
When you are learning to recall a state
purposefully in order to build rapport it is very
important that you take that state and the
feelings you associate with it and intensify it to
the point of oozing. You want to expand that
rapport, that feeling, that color with in you and
let it fill you completely and intensely.
You really want the feeling of that rapport to
seep from you and surround you. From there you
want it to fill the room and envelope the other
person you are trying to build a similar rapport
with. The more you work on intensifying the
rapport within you the more it will expand
outward to the person you are interacting with.
As you are expanding, projecting and sub-
communicating that rapport you want to engage
the other person in it will trigger your
unconscious to send out signals of that rapport.
In doing this a type of natural mirroring will
occur in your behaviors with the other person.
You will begin to communicate that rapport on
many, many different levels unconsciously.
This is where things start to become a little hard
for the conscious mind to track. You will want to
use all the rapport building skills and concepts
you have already learned, but only to the point
that it is comfortable. Once things start to
become too much you will then let your
unconscious mind take over and compensate for
the rest of the rapport building.
The more that you can get your unconscious
mind to do in this area the better. The
unconscious mind is already well versed in this
area as you have been doing it all your life, so
let one thing be simple and let the unconscious
do something that it knows how to do already.
You already know that the idea behind going first
in rapport is a tried and true one; it has been
tested over and over again with the same
positive results. But that is not to say it is the
best way to do it, rapport building can be started
with going first and then can be handed off to the
unconscious mind for great results as well.
Rapport is much like an intimate relationship; it
is a way that you are with another person. It is
very familiar and allows you entrance into their
world. You have the opportunity to explore their
world without hindering or damaging your own
reality. You can be a tourist and see things the
ways they see them, but with caution to not be
judging or harsh in any way. Rapport, deep
rapport offers you so many ways to really
experience life through anothers view point and
expand your rapport while doing so.
The best way to do this is to let it happen
unconsciously. The unconscious mind already
embodies and posses all the tools, skills and
concepts it needs in order to build strong, wide
and deep rapports with those around you, so let
it happen if you can.

How to Install a Post Hypnotic Suggestion
It is important to point out the vast importance
of post hypnotic suggestions. So you become
very aware of how powerful they are as well as
how important they are in your practices as a
Conversational Hypnotist. A post hypnotic
suggestion is a suggestion that calls for an
action when a certain behavior, or trigger, is
activated. The actual post hypnotic suggestion
is of something that will take place in the future
regardless of whether or not the hypnotist is
present.
The protocol for how to use a post hypnotic
suggestion is a page right out of Dr. Milton
Ericksons book, so to speak. His instruction for
using post hypnotic protocol was very similar to
all that you are about to read.
The first step in placing a post hypnotic
suggestion is to induce a trance; there are
different aspects to this first step that we will
review more in depth when we get to the
COMILA Formula. In the meantime just know you
must first induce a trance.
As you induce this trance you will want to
concentrate on giving the unconscious many
different options about how to do things. You
will also want to include things that will
motivate the listener to respond to the new
behavior, in this you can use motivators like
their beliefs and values. Another aspect of your
training you will want to incorporate in the
trance stage is to use your framing to get the
right state for what you are attempting to
accomplish.
After you induce a trance you are going to
suggest a behavior. This is the second step in
the post hypnotic suggestion process.
Suggesting a behavior can be a very direct thing
or you can do it more covertly. Covert and
indirect will give you the best results, especially
as you are starting out. In this step you will use
the seeding of ideas skills you learned quite
some time ago.
You will seed ideas about the behaviors you are
suggesting to your listener. While you are
seeding these ideas you will more than likely do
it through stories either about yourself or others.
As you get more into the depth of the ideas and
behaviors you will slowly present them as things
your listener should consider doing.
Suggesting behaviors is often done well when
you use open ended questions or statements. As
you use an open ended question or statement it
leaves room for the person it is directed at to
imply certain things as well as fill in the blanks,
often more fully than they would if it were not an
open ended question or statement.
Other helpful skills and tools in the behavior
suggestion phase are to use frames and
presuppositions to imply or assume certain
things. You want them to tell you when
something will happen, not if it will happen. You
want the listener to simply assume from your
language that it is inevitable that the behavior
will happen and therefore the only question left
is when. When you do this you are also going to
be bypassing some resistance because you are
implying a thing.
Now in this step you also need to remember to
set a trigger for the listener, at this point it can
be a series of options of triggers. This is the
action or signal to the person that they will use
in the future to put the post hypnotic suggestion
into action. Anything can really be a trigger, a
door shutting, a dog barking, a light turning on
or off; really whatever you want that will signify
the right time to put your suggestion into action.
Even though you will be giving you listener a list
or set of options for triggers you will still want to
make one of them a clear trigger point. You can
be as direct or indirect as you want about the
different triggers you are suggesting. You can
say, you will do this when, or you can say, it
may or may not happen when.
The more options for trigger points you allow the
more likely it is that they will be unable to resist
putting the suggestion into action. This will
happen because one of the many triggers will
retain the majority of the resistance while the
others still allow the action to take place.
Another reason to give many different trigger
options is that it will make the action you
suggest seem more like a part of their everyday
life; it will feel more natural to your listener
when the triggers compel them into action.
The third step in the post hypnotic suggestion is
to create some amnesia. This is something you
have read about already and you will know how
to do. Some ways to create amnesia are to tell
stories and use nested loops, use a language
pattern and change the topic as you are talking.
Remember that there is a certain amount of
amnesia that will naturally take place simply
because you are using a trance process; it is a
type of side effect of hypnosis. This will be
expounded upon if you are using fractionation as
well. Fractionating, if you remember, is when
you continuously take a person in and out of
trance.
Amnesia is an important part of the post
hypnotic suggestion process because it will in a
way hide your suggestion so the listener is not
too in tune to it. Once the suggestions are
deeply embedded it is fine for the person to
realize where they came from but in the
beginning there can be resistance and then your
suggestion is less likely to be put into action so
storing it away with amnesia is a perfect
camouflage in the meantime.
The fourth step is to return to the original trance
you started with. This is much like using the two
different trance processes in nested loops. You
are creating a trance on both sides of the
suggestion and sealing the top with amnesia so
there is no escape for the suggestions you are
planting.
Finally the fifth and last step in the post hypnotic
suggestion process is to build up the listeners
self esteem. This is a little bonus for both you
and the subject. By building up and working on
their self esteem they will correlate the
suggestion and behaviors with words that make
them feel good about themselves. People are
more apt to do a thing if the believe it will make
them better, stronger, smarter or what have you.
You do things to improve yourself.
The other reason to do this is just because it is a
nice thing to do for the person you are helping,
like a little icing on the cake. This icing keeps
the unconscious coming back for more cake, it
makes listening to you a more rewarding
experience.

The word trance is used to describe any state where a
person is not fully conscious, and unable, to a large extent,
to respond to the changes happening around him. Down the
ages, the general idea has been that when you are under a
hypnotic trance, you are only half conscious and completely
unable to respond to any stimuli. But nothing can be more
far from the truth.
In fact, being in a hypnotic trance is almost like being
super-focused on a subconscious level, where the
surroundings have been tuned out to a certain extent. What
this brings about is an intense feeling of relaxation, and an
ability to accept what is being told to you in this state. It is
however, important to note, that you still retain your logical
faculties, and if your brain so desires, it can actually reject
the suggestions made to it, even while it is in an induced
trance!
Photo Credit: gl/gc?int=25 via Compfight cc
But, the question that arises is, why should you consider
this? Let us try to answer that.
How being in a trance can help?
Human beings depend to a large extent on the faculty of
memory. In fact, morality, or even our principles are actually
resting on prior experiences. And gleaned from these prior
experiences, we arrive at what is called our individual belief
systems. While this very belief system helps to keep you on
track, and to take decisions, it is also one of the most
limiting influences on the brain.
However, when you are under an induced hypnotic trance,
your belief systems are suspended, and your brain is in a
state to accept the suggestions made to it, even if they go
against your belief system.
Hypnotic trance can be used therapeutically for this very
ability of it to bypass your belief systems and create new
beliefs. In fact, when you are in a deep hypnotic trance,
suggestion and instruction can actually:
Make you do physical actions that you have no control
over
Change your mindset to a great extent
Alter or modify very stubborn beliefs and ideas that you
have, and
Most importantly, bring about or boost physical and
mental healing in cases like overeating, binge eating or
smoking.
While going to a professional trance-hypnotist may be one
option, trying out self-hypnosis wouldnt be a very bad idea,
either. Dont worry you wont turn into a clucking duck
and be stuck that way! It is quite a safe thing to practice,
especially for mental and physical relaxation!
So now, lets look at the procedure
Self-inducing a Hypnotic Trance
You can achieve a safe and relaxing hypnotic trance by
following these easy steps:
1. Firstly, you need to find some peace and quiet. Sit
comfortably in a room, with the lights dimmed. Ensure
you will not be disturbed.
2. Now for focus this is important if you want to tune
out everything else. Find anything a mark on the
wall, an actual physical object, or even the corner of a
picture and concentrate your attention on that point.
3. While you are focusing on one point, keep repeating
these lines every 30 seconds to yourself:
My eyelids are becoming heavier and heavier
My eyelids feel as if heavy weights are pulling them
down
Soon they will be so heavy that they will close
4. You should start feeling the effects of the lines you
chant now, and your eyes will really start feeling
heavy. Do not resist this. Eventually your eyes will
close on their own. Let this happen, and repeat to
yourself Relax and let go.
5. Thereafter, take in a large deep breath and hold it for
about 10 seconds.
6. Exhale through the mouth, slowly, and while making a
whooshing sound.
The rest of this step isnt easy and will take some
effort to master:
While your jaw drops, feel a sense of warmth spread
through you. Breathe deeply and repeat the word
calm when you exhale.
This state is in itself relaxing, and can be induced if stress
relief or relaxation is the goal in itself. But to get the other
benefits, like healing, you will need to deepen the trance.
Deepening the Hypnotic Trance
When youre already in a light trance, it is the right time to
deepen it. Follow these steps:
1. You have to make your mind believe that you want to
go deeper, so take another deep breath and exhale
after holding it for 10 seconds. When exhaling, repeat
the word deeper to yourself.
2. Believe that you are going lower, in an elevator of
some sort; as in you are descending lower into the
state of calm, but not consciously. Repeat I am
sinking slowly into a deeper state of relaxation.
3. While you feel this, count down from 10 to 1 for every
exhalation.
4. The deeper you can descend, the better will be the
results.
But one thing to consider is that you will probably not
manage it on the very first try. It takes practice and
perseverance.
While the induced state will bring you peace, and you can
also use suggestions to get other benefits, you cannot
perpetually exist in this state you must emerge from it
after each session.
Coming out of the Trance
Heres a simple way in which you can emerge from the
trance, but continue to feel the relaxation even beyond that.
1. Tell yourself: When I reach one, my eyes will open
and I will feel totally awake and refreshed.
2. Then count slowly from 5 to 1.
Trance hypnosis can be a very powerful tool to overcome
many of the problems in life. It can bring you relaxation and
acceptance; it can also help you to deal with certain
physical conditions. So try it and remember that practice
will make you better.

Mind Control
In this page we will talk about Mind Control and some of its
techniques. Its a term that can have many meanings. Some
people think of it as the ability to take control over the mind
of other people. I prefer the meaning of controlling your own
mind instead.
So what does this term mean? As I have understood up to
now, it is the ability to understand and control your
feelings, emotions and behavior . As you do this you have
full control of yourself and you can achieve many goals in
your life. Also you will have great self-confidence which is
the key to success.
All the methods that are used for mind control have the
same results. They bring you to a brain-state where you
can reprogram your mind. Most of these techniques, when
applied, require being active in order to affect you
positively. The truth is that it is you making the changes
and not the method you are using. The method just helps
you reach the appropriate brain-state.
Some benefits of mind control are listed below:
o Develop Self-Esteem
o Cure Fears
o Quit bad habits
o Become spontaneous and social
o Fight Depression
o Overcome painful situations
o Become more intuitive
o Correct elements of your character
o Change your reactions
The Silva Method
I first read about Mind Control in a book written by Jose
Silva. He has developed a method of mind control. This
method is very simple and easy to follow. You just have to
train your visualization skill (check my Visualization
Exercises program) and to enter the alpha mind state ,
where you can change many things about yourself. The key
is that in the alpha brain state your subconscious is
accessible.
The Silva method is based on the power of positive
thinking. While you get into trance you start visualizing
positive thoughts. As your subconscious mind is accessible
you can pass these thoughts into it. This can have a
dramatic effect on the way you feel.
Self-Hypnosis
Self-Hypnosis is a more general term for a technique that
induces you into trance. Silva method uses a Self-Hypnosis
technique to induce you into trance. While Silva method
follows a standard path for the production of alpha
brainwaves ( click here for more info about brainwaves),
Self-Hypnosis is any visualization technique that can bring
you to the appropriate brain-state.
While you try Self-Hypnosis you imagine things . You try to
imagine and visualize as many details as you can. These
details may be colors, textures, temperature, smells and
generally whatever sensation you can think of.
For example, an example visualization that can induce you
very fast into trance is imagining that you are walking in a
narrow path with dense vegetation at both sides and far in
front of you there is a forest where you can hear birds or
animals and the sky is clear with the Sun heating the top of
your head.
All these sensations that you imagine, as you try Self-
Hypnosis, engage your right hemisphere and accelerate the
production of alpha brainwaves . Usually, you can get into
trance in a few minutes if you can stay in your imaginary
place and feel as many sensations as you can.
Well, the difficult part of Self-Hypnosis is to focus your
thoughts on the magical place you are imagining. Its too
difficult to stay in just one thought at the beginning of your
relaxation. Many different thoughts tend to go through your
mind, as the alpha brainwaves are produced.
You can think of it as if you are in a boring class room. At
some point you stop listening what the teacher says, you
feel relaxed and you start daydreaming . This is the desired
state you want to be in when you try mind control.
Entering the alpha state is a skill which you can improve by
training. You might even become able to get into trance in a
matter of seconds . After some time a deep breath will be
sufficient to bring you into trance.
There are many products online that can help you
experience self-hypnosis. These are usually audio products
like CDs or Mp3s. Their great advantage over the traditional
method of self-hypnosis is that you are guided by a
hypnotherapist. Thus, you can just follow the instructions
and eliminate the multiple thinking distractions.
I have tried such products and I can say they are very
helpful. They make self-hypnosis easy, maybe easier than
the Silva method. You just have to concentrate on the voice
and do whatever you are being instructed to.
You can of course try alone. Check my free Self Hypnosis
Instruction for a complete guide.
Another way of reaching and maintaining an ideal brain
state for Mind Control is by using Brainwave Entrainment .
Brainwave Entrainment
Brainwave
Entrainment is when
your brainwaves are
synchronized to
external stimuli. This
may be auditory,
visual or both. There
are special devices
that are called mind
machines and use
both stimuli methods
to synchronize your
brain. But I have no practical experience with such
machines. I will talk mostly about the auditory brainwave
entrainment which I have also tested.
There are three different technologies of brainwave
entrainment. These are:
o Binaural Beats
o Monaural Beats
o Isochronic Tones
Whatever technology is used, the aim is one: to induce you
into trance .
Brainwave entrainment is a powerful way to reach alpha
brain-state. You can go even deeper reaching theta or delta
brain-state. At these states you can Control you Mind
effectively. As long as a session lasts you will remain at the
ideal mind state having plenty of time to do your changes.
Another powerful way to get quickly into trance is to
combine self-hypnosis with brainwave entrainment . Your
brainwaves will synchronize to the stimuli and in the same
time you will help the brain to drop its frequency by
imagining things. I think this is the most effective way to
reach the ideal brain-state for Mind Control.
Controlling the frequency of your brainwaves is also Mind
Control. If you are able to alter the brainwaves consciously
then you control your Mind. You can become creative,
relaxed, alert or sleepy on demand .
If you have any experience with brainwave entrainment then
please feel freeto post your stories in the comments area.
Your contributions are of great value to mind expanding
techniques.
Active Mind Control
Ok, lets suppose that you reach the ideal state of the mind.
What will you do next? Its a good question if you dont
have a purpose . You are the only one who knows why you
want to be in a relaxed state and influence your
subconscious mind.
You may need to change an annoying aspect of your
character, like being anxious easily or being too sensitive.
Then, after reaching to the desired brain state, you start
imagining yourself how it would be if you had not these
annoying elements. You observe your new character and
affirming that you dont have any more these attributes.
You close your meditative session always with an action
that confirms that you have a new character from now on.
This action may be to pass through a door, to step on a
particular shape on the ground, to plunge in a pool or
anything you like.
By doing this often, your subconscious mind gets the
message and finally you change your negative behavior.
This is effective Mind Control and is active . There is also
passive mind control.
Passive Mind Control
Passive Mind Control can be achieved using subliminal
messaging . You dont have to think of anything, you just
have to listen to relaxation music that has integrated
subliminal messages.
Subliminal messages are affirmations that are included in
the track you listen to and you cant consciously detect
them. Their volume frequency is below the limit that the
human ear can perceive consciously. These messages go
directly to your subconscious mind .
Although, Subliminal messages are supposed to be an
effective way to change your mindset and control your
sensations and feelings, there is a lot of discussion if they
really do work . Some people claim that Subliminal
messages definitely affect them, others believe that
subliminal messaging is based on placebo effects . Anyway,
we will try and we will see.
Another problem is that you dont know whether subliminal
messaging products are credible . As you cannot hear the
hidden messages, you dont know what they say. Dont try
products that you are not sure for their origin.
Lastly, the disadvantage of subliminal messaging is that
every session is limited to a unique action . For example, if
you want to shut your mouth in order to lose fat, you will
listen to a subliminal session for weight loss. There are no
sessions where you can make multiple changes to your
character at the same time. But, using any of the previous
Mind Control techniques you are able to make as many
changes as you want.

Control techniques that are mentioned in this page by
