This document provides information about a 2 credit undergraduate course on dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). The course objectives are to introduce students to DSSCs, how they convert light to energy, and their basic principles. The course is divided into 5 modules that cover an introduction to DSSCs, their working principles, fabrication procedures, efficiency and performance, and applications. Student learning outcomes include demonstrating knowledge of solar cells, explaining DSSC operation principles, and analyzing DSSC applications. The class will be taught through lectures and updating students on latest developments. There are no labs or practical components. Assessment is entirely based on a mid-term exam, assignments, viva, attendance, and an end-term exam
