INTRODUCTION

T.D.M. Servizi S.r.l. T.D.M. Group has been established in 1990 by a group of Senior Manager, mainly multi-disciplines specialist, who
have been serving for many years in a International Energy Companies. T.D.M. through its organized division offer a complete package of
professional services in a way to cover all the technical, economic and commercial aspects of: onshore and offshore oil and gas industry,
chemical, petrochemical, marine terminals, water and district heating.

Association with Group of Companies through its joining in T.D.M. has established a single point of contact for any project information
required. The services offered by the Companies, when integrated, form a package of expertise and professional experience which can
accommodate all of our Clients needs in engineering, project, management, procurement, inspection, expediting, trading products and
construction activities.

T.D.M. is focused to operate in these geographical areas: Mediterranean, Caspian and Black Sea, Eastern Europe and Middle East, India,
North and South America.

Our services:
T.D.M. is a multifaceted engineering firm which can handle not only the feasibility and design phase of the project, but all other aspects
from planning and design, through procurement, construction management, commissioning, and ongoing operation of completed facilities.
Just as with pipelines, terminal facilities, pump stations, and compression stations, T.D.M. also provides turnkey planning, design,
engineering, and construction management services for communication networks.

Company services are co-coordinated through our headquarters in Parma and branch office in Milano backed up by technical competence
and integrity of our field personnel. All of our staff is carefully selected individuals who have professional engineering degrees or who have
served recognized trade apprenticeships leading to careers of progressively increasing responsibility.

T.D.M. is confident that the expertise and knowledge of our management team and field staff, which has been built up over the last 20
years, can be an asset to any of the worlds major companies.


Engineering Division:
A full range of services for the design and construction management of production facilities are available to our domestic and
international clients.

Site investigation:
In the data collection phase, T.D.M. specialists compile and review various data to determine the scope of any design and logistic
challenges that may impact the project. The information usually includes topographic surveys, geotechnical data and environmental
assessments.

Preliminary Design:
T.D.M. engineers use state-of-the-art technology to evaluate process and instrumentation requirements. This includes designing the major
components and specifying their function, as well as estimating costs of material and equipment.

Detailed Design:
Working with our clients engineering staff, we verify and update the field-collected data from the site investigation. We refine designs and
develop flow sheets into detailed drawings for material, equipment and construction specifications. At this stage, additional T.D.M.
specialist (such as mechanical, civil, electrical and instrumentation engineers) joins the project team.


Procurement:
Once project specifications have been set, our team can order and expedite the delivery of materials and equipment. This may range from
evaluating vendors, ordering and verifying certified permits to overseeing transportation, delivery and warehousing of construction
materials.

Construction Management:
As the construction phase of the project begins, T.D.M. provides technical consultation and clarifies design specifications, perform quality
assurance inspections and prepares as built drawings. By continually monitoring and analyzing project progress, we efficiently coordinate
the timely, economical completation of your production facility.

Commissioning and Start-up:
At project completion, we turn over detailed operating and maintenance manuals, and assist in the training of operations personnel.

Ponza (I): submarine aqueduct, twin line, 38.000 m. long , DN 400 PN16, alternatives steel and HDPE, at a maximum depth of 205 m, and
related facilities, pumping station and cavern tanks

Athens (GR): underwater siphon to Psittalia Island, 2 lines 2.800 mm. x 1000 m, at 40 m. depth, with trenching in soft mud with 3 m.
cover, with flow rate 27 m3/sec; main outfall (discharge) from the Psittalia Treatment plant - concrete, 2 main lines 2.400 mm x 1870 m.
plus diffuser 2400/1800/1300 to 63 m. and 1 overflow line 2.400 mm x 340 m. to -44 m

Silifke (TR): steel , 900 mm. x 900 m. SEKA Paper Mill outfall

Istanbul (TR): tender design of the Yenikapi (2 - 1600 mm x 1800 m); , Kadikoy (2 - 2200 mm x 2600 m), Baltalimani (2 - 1700 mm x
300 m at 73 m depth on a 40% slope), Uskudar ( 1200 x 250 m at 45 m depth), Tuzla (original 1800 x 2000 m) and Kucukcekmece
(original 1400 x 1500 m) outfalls (discharge); final design and consultancy for Kadikoy (untill cancellation), Baltalimani , Uskudar , Tuzla
and Kucukcekmece (this last also cancelled) outfalls (discharge) with redesign of Tuzla to 2200 x 2200 m length outfall (discharge);
construction management for Uskudar, Baltalimani and Tuzla ( for Alarko )

Ambarli (TR): Marmara underwater gas line repair: study and design of lifting methods and of jointing the damaged gas line to a newly
launched 150 m. section and supervision to the repair operations of the 20" shore approach (for Tekfen/Rana JV)


Bergamo (I): Planning, topographical survey, TV inspection, structural control, preparation of a data base of the recorded data and supply
of the related thematic charts for the research and classification of illegal sewer discharges in 45 km of covered rivers

Civitavecchia (I): Power plant sea water intake : reinforced concrete rectangular shape 2500 mm x 3200 mm, length 600 m ,depth 12 m -
Inspection for the design and engineering for new sealing system

Fiume Santo (Sardinia), Power plant sea water intake, reinforced concrete pipe 2500 mm, length 4 x 800 m, depth 16 m - Testing and
submarine inspections

Elba island's Municipalities : project co-ordination for the master plan for the revamping, rebuilding and completion of the sewers and
outfalls (discharge) system ( in HDPE ); preparation of the budget and financing plan for the application for State Contributions

Kuwait : Shuaiba Area Authority - underwater survey of the 4 - ID 2600 mm., 600 m. long water intake lines with the use of underwater
self- propelled TV Cameras and of ROVs - preparation of the study and of the cost evaluations for the repair and revamping of the lines

Imperia (I) - underwater aqueduct from the intake of Roja River to Imperia, 900 mm, length 22 km on side slope on muddy bottom
subject to seismic activity

Arzew (Algeria) : n 2 sea water intake pipelines, BONNA type, 1250 mm, 800 m total length, laid in a pre-excavated trench; excavation
required the use of explosive


Torrevaldaliga North (I) : sea water intake for the electric power plant, consisting of a suction head and of 4-ways water duct built in
sections 35 m long

Bracciano Lake for the Rome aqueduct , 2 x 1800 mm pipes, 300 m long, 45 m depth.

Rossano Calabro (I): reconstruction of the sea water intakes - 4 x 3200 mm diameter, 180 m long pipes in ARMCO corrugated steel
plates

Naples (I): sea outfall (discharge) for the sewage treatment plant Bagnoli, consisting of n 4 GRP 2500 sealines, 700 m long each and
relevant diffusers

Trieste (I) : sea outfall (discharge) of the sewage treatment plant, consisting of a 60" x 7,5 km and a 48" x 6,5 km pipes and diffusers.
