09/2012 - 07/2014 Liaison - Drilling, Completion in-charge; Saudi Aramco. Eastern Province, KSA
Project Manage some of the longest reach wells in the world. HPHT, critical sour, 130
man team. Oversee Specialists, Technicians from Brazil, Ukraine to Uganda.
Coordinate team meetings prior to commencement with engineers, global suppliers,
logistics, all aspects of security (surface and below ground), ensure marine and land
escape routes viable, report to upper management.
Daily team meetings once exploration commences. Continuous contact w/all
departments, operations in real time monitored by day and night engineers until
exploration phase complete and well is secure.
Full authority to mobilize, utilize any equipment and manpower deemed necessary to
secure well. Approx budget US$20 - 30 mm / quarter.

Spring 2012
01/2008 - 07/2012 Consultant in-charge; Petro Tech / Savia (consortium KNOC & Ecopetro). Talara, Peru
Manage deep water (300' +/-) platforms. Responsible to 110 +/- crew members, supply
boats. Critical Ops - Tsunami, Well Control, 20 ft+ storms.
Coordinate and manage program from exploration to production phase. Responsible for
all team activities, operations between drilling, production, supply boats, barges and
production platforms. Report to operation centre in Talara
Full authority to mobilize, utilize any and all available equipment and manpower deemed
necessary to complete job and secure well.
Fall 2007 Deep Exploration Coach; Shell Gas Division / Reach Group. Yulin, China
Teach next generation of engineers modern technology, systems management. Make
aware to local in-country managers gaps in technological skill set between 1st and 3rd
world. Deficiencies are highlighted very gently.

2005 to Mid 2007 Consultant in-charge; FCP (sold to ENI) Hassi Messaoud, Algeria
Managed Saipem (Italian), MMM (French) and GWDC (Chinese) equipment 5000m
capacity, 2000HP.
Manage operations of Saipem. Modernize MMM equipment to Moduspec (Lloyds
London) standards. Integrate GWDC Chinese crews to modern technology and standards
of operation.
2003 - 2005 Consultant; Talisman, CNRL, numerous 2 - 6 man companies. Western Canada
Drilling, completions, pipe-lines
2000 - 2003 Consultant; Talisman. Off Shore Lake Erie. Leamington, Kingsville Ontario
Oversee numerous 15' storms. Lost anchor line, lost riser. Divers repaired and resumed
operations.
Mobilized STAR Ambulance once crew reported symptoms of stroke. Chopper from
LHSC to Mr. Chris in 20 minutes. Crewman was evaced to hospital for observation.
Emergency drills, disaster planning w/ all crews paid off. When anchor line snapped
during storm, crews responded exactly according to plan as discussed. No one panicked.
Potential disaster situation was avoided.
Fall 1998 - 1999 Consultant; CNRL, Talisman. Western Canada
Summer 1998 Staff Engineer; Canadian Fracmaster. Alberta, B.C. mountains
Designed programs for advanced UBD using coil. Experimental non invasive for
depleted formations.
Spring 1996 - 1998 In House consultant; Cdn Oxy (Nexen, sold to CNOOC.) Western Canada
Field consultant. Recruited into office. Responsible to business unit. Unit consists of own
legal, land, geology, geophysics, production and accountant. Budget C$17 million. Liaise
w/ Prov. Gov regulatory agencies.
Draft cost estimate in conjunction w/ global suppliers. Dept. and VP approvals.
Implement program to completion. Supervised teams consisting of Survey, Construction,
Seismic, Exploration and pipeline. Over 100 men & women. Draft supplemental. Submit
final report, close file.
