pena, tag nama, kartu identitas SIM dan bentuk. jangan lupa untuk menyebutkan fungsi mereka...

A name tag is a badge or sticker worn on the outermost clothing as a means of displaying the
wearer's name for others to view.
Name tags may be temporary (the iconic image being the "Hello! My Name Is ________"
sticker) or permanent. Temporary ones typically can be written upon so that the wearer's name may
be handwritten or printed. Permanent name tags are usually made of lightweight metal or plastic.
Name tags may be attached to garments with adhesive, or worn with the assistance of
a magnet or pin.. Plastic or metal name tags can be attached to various backings used to attach to
the clothing of the wearer. There are many types of name tag backings, including magnetic
backings, locking pins, swivel clips, military clutch pins, alligator clips, and cell phone attachments.
Magnetic backings, because they do not puncture clothing with pins, have recently become more
popular for name tags. Some name tags are worn around the neck using a lanyard or necklace.
Name tags with magnetic backings pose a harmful threat to people who have pacemakers, as
the magnet will interfere with the implant's normal function.
Name tags are used by some customer service companies, such as fast food restaurants, so
that customers may identifyemployees by name. Professional employees or representatives of
public-facing organizations such as universities, banks, or other companies where employees do not
wear uniforms, may wear name tags as a way of distinguishing or identifying the bearer as such,
while allowing the employee to wear daily business wear. Police and military personnel often wear
name tags that are separate from the badges that identify their official capacity.
Loose associations of people gathering for conventions and other events where socialization is
encouraged often wear name tags.

A penpal relationship is often used to practice reading and writing in a foreign language, to improve
literacy, to learn more about other countries and life-styles, and to make friendships. As with any
friendships in life, some people remain penpals for only a short time, while others continue to exchange
letters and presents for life. Some penpals eventually arrange to meet face to face; sometimes leading to
serious relationships, or even marriage.
Penpals come in all ages, nationalities and cultures. Pals may seek new penfriends based on their
own age group, a specific occupation, hobby, or select someone totally different from them to gain
knowledge about the world around them.
A modern variation on the traditional penpal arrangement is to have a keypal and exchange email
addresses as well as or instead of paper letters. This has the advantage of saving money and being more
immediate, allowing many messages to be exchanged in a short period of time. The disadvantage is that
the communication can be very ephemeral if the email messages are not routinely saved. Many people
prefer to receive paper letters, gaining the satisfaction of seeing their name carefully printed on a thick
envelope in the letterbox. Using postal mail, it is possible to trade coupons, swap slips, postcards, stamps
and anything else light and flat enough to fit inside an envelope, often called "tuck-ins". Many penpallers
like to trade sheets of stickers, notecards and stationery sets.
Penpal clubs can be found on the Internet, in magazine columns, newspapers, and sometimes through
clubs or special interest groups. Some people are looking for romantic interests, while others just want to
find friends. It seems, on the internet, that the term "pen pals" defines those looking for relationships,
where pen pals originated via postal mail correspondences and has evolved to mean something more.
Penpals also make and pass around friendship books, slams and crams.
In recent years, pen pal correspondence with prison inmates has gained acceptance on the Internet.
Many pen pal newsletters do not publish prison pen pal ads because these communications require more
caution, not simple friendships. WriteAPrisoner.com and many other prison pen pal sites are pro.

A driver's license identification card is an official document that states that a person may operate one
or more types of motorized vehicles, such as a motorcycle, car, truck, or a bus, on a public roadway
without in-vehicle supervision. The laws relating to the licensing of drivers vary between jurisdictions. In
some jurisdictions, a license is issued after the recipient has passed a driving test, while in others, a person
acquires a license before beginning to drive. Different categories of license often exist for different types
of motor vehicles, particularly large trucks and passenger vehicles. The difficulty of the driving test varies
considerably between jurisdictions, as do factors such as age and the required level of practice.
A driver's license identification card serves as proof of competence to drive, motorists registration
statement containing the complete identity of the driver, and the data on the registration of the driver can
be used to support the activities of inquiry, investigation, and police forensic identification.

A form is a document with spaces (also named fields or placeholders) in which to write or
select, for a series of documents with similar contents. The documents usually have the printed
parts in common, possibly except for a serial number. Advantages of forms include the
following:
One has to write less (while the printing is almost universally done in some automatic way)
One is told or reminded what information has to be supplied
There is uniformity, for convenience in processing
Information is collected in writing and so can be reexamined later (the form can also include
a signature field to allow someone to take responsibility for the accuracy of the information
provided).
Simpler tasks, such as collecting or distributing data, can be separated in the workflow from
more skilled processes, such as making decisions. Issuing and processing the forms may
then be done by less skilled staff, or by a computer. The de-skilled task becomes issuing or
completing the appropriate form for the circumstances, and then passing it on to the next
step in the workflow. This might reduce costs and increase the volume of work that can be
handled.
A form on a computer allows for conveniently typing in the variable parts (the input data).
Forms, when completed, may be a statement, a request, an order, etc.; a check may be a form.
Also there are forms for taxes; filling one in is a duty to have determined how much tax one
owes, and/or the form is a request for a refund. See alsoTax return. Forms may be filled out in
duplicate (or triplicate, meaning three times) when the information gathered on the form needs
to be distributed to several departments within an organization. This can be done using carbon
paper. Forms have existed for a significant amount of time, with historians of law having
discovered preprinted legal forms from the early 19th century that greatly simplified the task of
drafting complaints and various other legal pleadings. It is believed that the form was conceived
by mathematician and inventor Charles Babbage. In some jurisdictions, like California, many
common types of legal pleadings must be submitted on official government forms.
