Dear Participants;
On behalf of the steering committee and the technical committee, we are delighted to invite you to the biannual International EOR & Heavy Oil
Conference and Exhibition, a prestigious gathering of professionals, to be held on 16th 18th March 2015, in Grand Hyatt, Indonesia, where your
presence will make the difference.
We do promise you that this conference, which is the first of its kind to be held in Indonesia, will be heavily attended by NOCs, IOCs, technology
vendors, Universities and energy services providers in support of EOR applications and plans in Indonesia.
This year, the program will be organized to feature Chemical, Microbial, Thermal, Gas Injection and Hybrid techniques as key areas of debate and
discussion. The organizing committee has facilitated the attendance of renowned EOR industry leaders and professionals from North America, China,
South America, South & Southeast Asia, the Middle East and others to exchange ideas and share experiences with you all and in particular to Indonesia.
There will be numerous international companies, scientists, and professionals taking part in different features of the program that includes technical
conference and exhibition as well as sponsorship opportunities to complement the overall objectives of the program.
The Republic of Indonesia is an active player not only in South East Asia, but also globally, with various EOR techniques being implemented with success
in the countrys mature fields. With the countrys economic development, it is foreseen that the demand for oil in Indonesia will also grow in a rapid
pace. We predict that EOR will play a fundamental role in energy supplement in Indonesias Oil and gas Industry Therefore, the exchange of such
experiences in Indonesia and learning from other global case-studies and gaining international perspectives on the subject, is of paramount importance
for Indonesia.
We look forward to your continuous support and active contribution in sharing knowledge and building relationships within the local and international

Security and Safety Guidelines:


All exhibitors should have the responsibility to make sure the safety of themselves and
other people that maybe affected by their activities. Exhibitors should be responsible to
the safety of their stand and the staff during build-up, exhibition time and breakdown.
All exhibitors must abide the security procedures as designated by Sofitel Bali Hotel and
the EOR & Heavy Oil Exhibition organizer.
General security will be available on site in the public circulation areas of the venue.
Security to the stand and exhibits is the full responsibility of the exhibitors.
Inform the organizer immediately in case belongings, exhibition materials are found to
be missing.
In case security and safety procedures are violated, the organiser has the right to close
down the stand.

Fire and Safety Procedures:

Ensure that all emergency exits are clear of any obstruction and accessible at all times
during the event.
All exhibitors and visitors should respond immediately to warning alert and emergency
evacuation plans in case of any emergency.
Fire extinguishers are available in the halls and clear access should always be provided.
 In case of emergency do not use lifts and elevators, proceed to the designated assembly
area.
Do not re-enter the building until advised to do so.

Terms

Health and Safety Rules:

Do not use or operate machines that you are not familiar with.
Appropriate clothing should be worn according to the work you are doing.
Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited.
First aid service is available in Sofitel Bali Hotel.

Insurance:

&

Exhibitors are advised to arrange at their own cost all the risk insurance coverage from
the country of origin to the exhibitions stand including the duration of the exhibition and
return to domicile. Exhibitors shall ensure they are fully covered by insurance and take
out public liability and comprehensive protection.
The venue and the organizer will be not be responsible for the safety of articles of any
kind brought into the venue by delegates, exhibitors, their agents, visitors, and/or any
other persons whatsoever.

Admission:

Conditions

All participants must register, obtain and present an official badge in order to have
access to the exhibition during build up, exhibition time and closing time. Access to the
exhibition ballroom during closing time is limited only to the venue and organisers staff.

Badges and Registration:

Exhibitor badges can be obtained by registering, submitting all details to the organizer
before 6th March 2015. Contractor badges can be obtained by registering, submitting
workers details along with the copy of each labor card to the organizer.
Exhibitor and contractor badges will allow the holder to access the exhibition Ballroom
during build-up, exhibition time, and breakdown. Collection of badges will be on build-up
time and/or during exhibition at dedicated registration area.

Fixing to the Floors:


EOR & Heavy Oil 2015 venue will be held in Sofitel Bali Hotel Ballroom and Foyer.
Therefore, fixing anything to the surface of the ballroom floor is not aloud. Any damage
done is subject to fine by the hotel management.

Adhesive Tapes:
Contractors should only use adhesive tapes to fix the carpet or other material to the
floor/carpet and walls. The contractors will be held responsible to remove the tape after
use without damage to the floor/carpet. If the surface is found to be damaged or marked
or tape residue remains contractor/exhibitors should pay a corresponding fine.

Traffic and Vehicles:


All vehicles should comply with speed limits and directional signs and all instructions
given by the Intercontinental Hotels authorised personnel. Delivery of goods of any
description via the main entrance is strictly prohibited.
Loading and unloading activities shall only be carried out in the Loading/Unloading Area.

Payment in full must be received prior to the event for issuing delegate passes and invites. If payment is not received before the
event, the delegate(s) are required to carry a personal / corporate credit card for onsite booking. An additional fee of USD 100
shall be charged for onsite booking. Subsequent to booking a confirmation letter and invoice will be sent to you on the E-mail /
P.O.Box addresses that you register with Knowledge expansion. If you are unable to attend the scheduled event, please inform
knowledge Expansion within 5 days prior to event scheduled and you may appoint a substitute delegate. Knowledge Expansion
do not refund for any cancellations done within 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Knowledge Expansion reserves its rights
to issue 50% credit note for the unused event and may accommodate the same for a future event. Knowledge Expansion
shall undertake its best efforts to organize this event on the scheduled date. But for reasons beyond its control, including any
force majeure crises the organizers may alter the content, timings or venue. This shall be informed to all its delegates through
the registered addresses provided. Knowledge Expansion will not accept liability for delegates transport disruption or delays,
sickness caused during the conference. Knowledge Expansion shall not be liable for any indirect losses to delegates including
