Greetings Queen,

I greatly appreciate your reply but I am sorry to read the content of your response. Jon Craig and I sincerely
want to help you; we were tasked with helping you by the president of our university himself. At this time,
Garry Jones will not be personally meeting with you.

Firstly, I want to address your request to withdraw from the course. Both Jon and I have stated many times
over the past few months that you would not be eligible for an additional withdraw during this semester.
You were granted two withdrawals this semester so far; while our policies and procedures have limits for
withdraws per semester, if you were even allowed to withdraw from the course you would lose your
financial aid as you would be in Part-Time Status.

Now, I would like to present your options to you so that you know where you stand.

Continue with School
I know that you stated that you will not continue with school but I want to express that this is an option. You
have a currently live course; I urge you to complete this course at the high level of performance that you
have shown in your other courses. As for your Digital Marketing course from last term, I urge you to contact
Kim Craft to see what options you have for possibly finishing that course. I know that you want honorable
instruction; Kim Craft is one of the most honorable people that I know.

Stop Participating
I do not recommend this option. Full Sail Universitys policies and procedures, in line with Department of
Education policy, does not allow students to be enrolled in school if they are not participating. If you
discontinue access and do not respond to Jon Craig or myself you may be withdrawn from school. If you do
this, there is a high chance that your Financial Aid would be negatively affected.

Withdraw from School Immediately
I do not recommend this option. If you wish to withdraw from school completely you can fill out the
attached Withdrawal Request Form. The form needs to be digitally signed and emailed or signed and faxed
or signed and mailed. You will most certainly suffer large penalties to your Financial Aid status and will
likely owe funds to Full Sail University and/or the DoE.

Withdraw from School at the End of the Semester
I do not recommend this option. Your semester concludes when your current June 2014 Term course
concludes. If you wish to withdraw from school completely you can fill out the attached Withdrawal
Request Form. The form needs to be digitally signed and emailed or signed and faxed or signed and mailed.
Be very clear when you send the form that you wish to withdraw at the end of the Semester. If you finish
your semester and then withdraw before beginning another semester you will not likely have financial
penalties.

I am happy to discuss these options further with you. Again, I highly urge you to participate in your current
course and contact Kim Craft about completing the Digital Marketing course.

You are such a talented individual and you have shared with me the great plans that you have after
completing your Full Sail University degree. I strongly want to see you achieve these goals, starting with
completing the last few courses for your degree program

I look forward to hearing from you.

Regards,
Sean Donovan | Online Advising Manager | Academic Success | Full Sail University
