even death. Te fu can be a contagious illness caused by infuenza viruses


that infect the lungs, throat and nose. According to the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention (CDC), one of the best ways to prevent the fu is by
getting vaccinated each year.

Tere are several options for you to get this years fu vaccine. Be sure to use a
contracted network provider such as those listed in this fyer.
Visit your doctor or other network provider.
Visit one of the select retail pharmacies listed on the other side of this fyer.
Visit a network Convenience Care Clinic.
