Project: Construction of Custom House

Project Scope
Project objective:
To construct a high quality, custom house within 1 year (Jan2014) at cost not exceeding Rs.3.5 lakhs.
Deliverables:
A 2400 sq. foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1kitchen, semi-furnished home.
A finished garage with remote door opening and insulated.
Kitchen appliances including oven, dishwasher, microwave and exhaust fan.
Milestones:
Permission approval - (Feb 25

Technical requirements:
House should meet the local building codes.
Exterior wall insulation, Ceiling insulation, Floor insulation must be done according to the specified
ratings.
Garage should accommodate 2 large cars with enough space between them.
Home should be built in such a way that it can withstand a normal earthquake.
Limits and Exclusions:
Home should be built to the specifications and design in the original blueprints approved by the
customer.
Refrigerator is not included with kitchen appliances.
Site work limited to Monday to Friday, 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M.
