4.What are we to remember? We are instructed to remember the different sounds
of the trumpets and shofar so that we will know what to do when the commander
of the heavenly host gives his marching instructions. There are two different
instruments represented in the Feast of Trumpets: a) the silver trumpets Num.10 b)
the shofar or rams horn. We can see the two instruments in Psalm 98:6 With
trumpets (silver trumpets) and sound of cornet (Shofar) make a joyful noise before
Yahweh, the King.

How does these type of feasts help us more than How does these type of feasts help us more than Yhwh Yhwh? ? How does these type of feasts help us more than How does these type of feasts help us more than Yhwh Yhwh? ?
We are the ones who need to be prepared not yahweh he is prepared and if we are
not versed in what to do when we hear the warning blasts or we dont even
recognize the different sounds we will be lost in the chaos. Not only that but these
times of awe or repentance are for our benefit as a body individually and spiritually.
There will be those that are considered servants that will not be watching and ready
for the Masters return. Who are these servants? People who do not keep his
commandments.
All other feasts occur during the Full Moon. Because Yom Teruah is tied to the sighting of
the New Moon of the Seventh Month, some believe that it refers to "The day and hour that
no man knows," thus, they tie it to Messiah's return (Mat 24:36-42). But, His return is a day
of "judgment" and that is best represented by Yom Kippur - a day wherein our fate is
decided (Lev 16:30; Rev 19:15-21). Moreover, it is decreed that a "shofar" is to be sounded
on Yom Kippur, and the shofar represents the voice of our LORD (Exo 19:19). We
furthermore read in 1st Corinthians 15:51-52 that we will all be changed, at the sound "the
last trumpet," it being singular, like the sound of the singular shofar of Yom Kippur (see 1 Th
4:16; Rev 10:7).

Even as the Early Christians were influenced by pagan Roman traditions, so were the Jews
influenced by pagan Babylonian traditions. While there, the rabbis began to incorporate influenced by pagan Babylonian traditions. While there, the rabbis began to incorporate
certain aspects of the Babylonian New Year and change began to creep into the feast of
Yom Teruah. We see this transition in the Book of Esther, verse 3:7, "In the First Month,
which is the month of Nissan, in the twelfth year of King Achashverosh." At that time,
Judah was living In the Persian Empire, which used the Babylonian calendar, and so too, did
Judah use it.
That is how the misunderstanding began to grow. But now, we want to return to the truth
of our roots, and to the fact that Yom Teruah is supposed to serve as a memorial, a
reminder. We are supposed to "remember," to rehearse a certain sound, or teruw'ah. But
what sound is it that we are to remember? What is this day really all about?
To understand this day, we need to see that voices are likened to trumpets: "Cry loudly, do
not hold back; Raise your voice like a trumpet, And declare to My people their
transgression And to the house of Jacob their sins" (Isa 58:1).
