Responsibilities:
Managing the Measurement & Instrumentation Technical Sales Consultant Team in Europe,
Middle East & Africa.
Develope a business plan for the sales organization / sales channel per country based on each country
economical, industry and market situation
Assign the anuual target per territory/country
Support Invensys EMEA Sales Organization (CSE’s – Client Sales Excutives and CSR’s – Client
Sales Relation) and sales channels (agents & distributers) to meet or exceed its target by enabling
Portfolio Sales through Technical Support Direction and business expertise.
Support all participate teams working on local and international project(s) wherever required at the
earliest stage of the project cycle.
Support account plans for the part related to Portfolio segment assigned

Help to bridge the gap between market needs reflected by sales with project execution and product
development.
Maintain thought leadership and up-to-date domain expertise
Become the internal source for the Field Instrumentation portfolio Sector for the sales team
Call on prospective customers, provide product information, prepare tailored demonstrations and
value propositions
Define the business case by realize the features, benefits and value propositions related to the
products and translate the knowledge into a business language and fluently articulate it within a
client environment.
Provide business expertise and apply industry/market knowledge in client communications and
dialog in terms of main drivers and strategic directions
Qualify the opportunity, Analyze client business objectives, operations, and current environment, to
propose a technical, business and financial solution that addresses requirements.
Host Conference and Seminars helping the M&I business to evolve in the areas I am responsible
Support proposal generation and proposal development with proposal team
Complete “autopsies” of all sales campaigns - wins and losses
Update the team on the latest technical developments, market and competitors information.
Improving the team and sales channels product knowleg and sales capability by offering them a
suitable local, international or factory trainings
Update the factory (Research & Developement) on the regional technical, products, certificates
requirements to increase the business and consider that on the production development plan

1- Increased the sales volume of Invensys Field Devices for the last year (FY 08/09) in EMEA by 20%+
2- Increased the sales volume of Invensys Field Devices for the last year (FY 08/09) in ME by 19.7%
3- Increased the sales volume for Field Devices the year I left Emerson for MEA by more than 50%
4- Winning a few good M&I project sizes (around $1M each) like Shaybah GOSP4 and Qurayiah projects
in Saudi
5- Promoting additional Invensys M&I products in the region like Positioners and Flow products
