, Home Sweet Home, a cake auction to benefit
NeighborWorks Rochester will be held at the High Falls Interpretive Center and Muse-
um in Rochester. The event will be a sweet way to support the agencys wide range of
services supportng neighborhood stabilizaton through homeowner educaton, strategic
lending and energy conservaton. Home Sweet Home will be a fun event featuring an auc-
ton of cakes and other confectons donated by area bakeries, along with food, live music
and great networking. We would be delighted to have your partcipaton at this event.
This year NeighborWorks Rochesters focus is on the strong women in our community
that strive to improve their fnancial well-being by becoming homeowners. Each year, ap-
proximately 42% of the people who start their journey down the path to homeownership
are single women, usually the head of their households, who have made a commitment to
create a beter life for themselves and their children. Your partcipaton in this event
would send a strong message to our community that youre just as commited to the suc-
cess of these families.
Product is not limited to cakes - we will also accept cupcakes, pies and other confectons.
This opportunity can be a fantastc way to showcase your product prior to the holidays! Of
course, we want you to be successful in promotng your business, as well! Please see the
