It appears to the court that defendant has claimed that the statute under which he
was charged with the offense at issue in this case is unconstitutional, and that, therefore,
the Attorney General for the State of Michigan should be given an opportunity to file a
brief in this case.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT the Attorney General for the State of
Michigan shall be given notice of the pendency of this case, shall be provided copies of
Defendant's Motion to Dismiss and Defendant's Brief in Support of Motion to Dismiss,
