Forgivenessismorethanjustawordpeopleusewhentheyhavebeenwrongedorhave
wrongedsomeoneelse.ItisalsoakeyfactorinourChristianlives.Therearemanywaysthat
forgivenesscanaffectandchangeourlives.Herearesomeofthem:
WemustaskGodforforgivenessofoursinsbeforewecanbesaved.Wemustforgiveother
peoplewhohavewrongedus,sothatwecanbeforgivenbyGodandothers.
Wemustforgiveothersbeforewepray.
Wemustforgiverepeatedly,thereisnolimitsonforgiveness.
OnlytheLordhasthepowertoforgivesins
Jesustellsusifwedonotforgiveother'sthattheFatherwillnotforgiveus
Ifsomeonehaswrongedyouorowesyouadebttheycannotpay,thenyoumustforgivethem,
otherwiseyouwillbeburdenedwiththehurt,pain,indignation,andevenguiltthatcomeswith
unforgiveness.

WeareallbrothersandsistersinChristandmanytimesyoumayfindyourselfinasituation
wheresomeonehaswrongedyoumorethanonce.Thisdoesnotmeanyoushouldallow
yourselftobeabusedrepeatedly.Itdoesmeanthatyoumustforgivetheotherpersonevenifitis
onlybetweenyouandGod.Thisisnotalwaysaneasytaskbutitmustbedonesothatyoucan

Jesussaidwhenifwebelievethatwewillreceivewhenwepraythatwewillgetwhatweare
askingforbutHealsosaysthatwemustforgiveeveryonethatwemaybeholdingagrudge
againstsothatourheavenlyFatherwillforgiveusofourownwrongs.

confrontingyourthoughts,fears,anger,andeventhepersonwhohaswrongedyouifthelackof
yourforgivenessiscausingthempainorsorrow.WeareforgivenbytheLordthemomentwe
askforitinJesusChrist'spreciousname.Youcannotholdgrudges,grudgesarecausedbya
lackofforgivenesswhichmeansyoumustforgive,andifyoudon'tknowhow,thenyoumust
learn,youmustbeopentoit,andpraytotheLordtogiveyouthewillingness,andopennessit
