INTRODUCTION

If and when the investor decides to fund the project, and we agree on the details of his participation, on
the basis of these agreements will be created and registered a new company, the name of the Investor

Executive SUMMARY.

Project: 1-MW power plant, hydrogen and solar energy.

Project Goal: Getting investment for the development of industrial design power, and its
preparation for mass production and the opening of the new enterprise "cybernetic systems". Future
business activity - the development of energy and robotics. The required amount of 30 million EUR.
100% financing.

The task of the project. Entering the market of small (1 MW), and then a large (1 GW) of energy.
Become a player in the market of generating power plants and electricity sales.

Solution 1. Creating a world-class product with a view to the future, summarizing the
capabilities of traditional energy efficient and alternative energy, which builds on the requirement of

Product Features: The power plant works solar power, hydrogen, natural gas, biogas and coal gas. Can
operate on solid fuels (coal, wood pilety, briquettes from vegetable waste). Can work from

Note: Power PSHGK-00 and SPHG-00 may be equipped with high-pressure electrolysers.
Hydrogen is used as a battery unused electricity. In the commercial project is not included because of

Component Power Generator

The company promoting the product (power) market has a net profit of 5% of electricity sold,

The commercialization of the product (power) will begin with six years of the project.
