• Drafted writ petitions on behalf of a charitable trust challenging unilateral


cancellation of a deed by the BDA.

• Drafted writ petitions under SEZ Act challenging the validity of the
procedure laid down for grant of SEZs.

• Drafted complaint on behalf of Apartment Owners’ Association for the


deficient service rendered by the builder.

• Drafted several representations to the BBMP & BDA questioning the


validity of the new scheme which relaxed the FAR regulations for the
buildings coming within the precinct of the proposed Bangalore Metro
without allowing commensurate relaxation in set back area regulations.
• Drafted appeal to Hon’ble Karnataka High Court regarding the applicability
of the provisions of Karnataka Stamp Act to a deed recording a previous
agreement of lease without creating present demise in the property.

• Drafted several interlocutory applications and written statements.

• Drafted writ petition on behalf of a company challenging the arbitrary


cancellation of acquisition under Land Acquisition Act.
