INFORMATION
The undersigned accuses JULIA D. RAMOS of the crime of Violation of Batas
Pambansa Bilang 22, committed as follows:
That on or about the 20th day of April 2012, in Quezon City, Philippines, the abovenamed accused, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously make or draw and
issue to ASIATIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION Rep. by: Joel D. Cariasa to apply on
account or for value RCBC SAVINGS BANK Check No. 0026401 dated April 20, 2012
payable to the order of ASIATIC DEVELOPMENT CORP. in the amount of P39,293.99
Philippine Currency, said accused knowing that at the time of issue she/he/they did not have
sufficient funds in or credit with the drawee bank for payment of such check in full upon its
presentment which check when presented for payment was subsequently dishonored by the
drawee bank for DRAWN AGAINST INSUFFICIENT FUNDS (DAIF) and despite receipt of
notice of such dishonor said accused failed to pay the said offended party the amount of
said check or to make arrangement for payment in full of the same within five (5) banking
days after receiving said notice.
