Ardmore Road. Route S O and the entire vicinity. The site will provide coverage along Ardwick Annore
Road fYellowwood Ln and Lottsford Vista Road where LTE received signal is worse than the objective
coverage of -90dBm (see propagation maps). It will also provide continuous coverage to the neighbor cell
sites called Landover, Lanham Business Park and EntcnJ rise Road.

the structure meets the most recent TIAIEIA structural standards (presently revision G) to support
the proposed antennas, cabling, and equipment to beattached.

shelter located insidetheproposedfenced compound. Thelocationof thefacility provides
natural screeningbytheexistingtree line(approximately 70 ' high)fromtheNorthand
West.
Withthis said, allrelated ground equipment, will bescreenedto10 0 %opacity, per S ec24-
475.0 6.0 2thePrinceGeorge's CountyZoningO rdinance.
MilestoneCommunications andVerizonWireless considered numerous disguiseddesigns

Councilmember, the Mayor of Glenarden, MD, and all adjoining and abutting
property owners and civic associations as provided bythe M-NCPPC. Inaddition,
notification was sent to the principal of the school, and the City Council
President, City of Glenarden, aswell as 277 additional nearby property owners in

this page.)Theschool alsoposted a one pageinformational flyer ontheir
website and sent out aTweet regarding the project.
Inconsultation with the school, Milestone Communications alsoheld a
community meeting onA pril 22 at the Gold R oomat the J ames R .Cousins, J r.
Municipal Center, 860 0 Glenarden Parkway, Glenarden, MD20 70 6. This meeting
was not officially requested as a result of our notification letters, but a proactive
community outreach measure. There were eight (8)members from the
