HISTORY OF PRESENT ILLNESS
August 28, 2011 Sunday morning the patient woke up early for his work he
drove a Pedi cab that was own by his mother in law.
9:00pm, the patient did not arrived on his usual time of returning home, which
is about 6:30pm, since it was a long weekend and it means more passengers, the
patient has to work late, upon arriving home, he was confronted by his mother in law
regarding her complains of the patient not being responsible enough, wasting money
and not using his time well. The patient was not able to explain well the reason why
he had returned home late as the mother in law started complaining about not having
enough money for the expenses at their house and for the needs of his children. He
was the only one working; and theyre living at the same house at Bagong Silang
Quezon City.

9:30pm, they started arguing. The patient got his 2 months old baby, hugged
him tightly and tried to escape the house but his wife was able to get their child before
he reach the door His father in law heard all the commotion, he got a sharp object a
file knife and simultaneously stabs his son in law, along with the two brothers in
law and their cousin. The family started to attack him all at once and since he was
outnumbered he cant do anything. The assailants thinking that he was dead and
fearing of being blamed by the incident, the assailants dragged the patient out of the
house to mislead other people that they are the one whos at wrong. But the assailants
have no idea that the neighbors know what is happening, immediately the neighbors
contacted the patients parents to inform them of what had happened to the patient.
The estimated time of the incident is about 10:30pm to 10:55pm.

11:28pm the patient was rushed to the Emergency Room of the East Avenue
Medical center.

PAST MEDICAL HISTORY
The patients previous hospitalization was for the reason of appendicitis last
November 31 2010 and undergone appendectomy at Quirino Memorial Hospital. No
other previous hospitalization reported.
