Shanxi No.4 Electric Power Construction Company is a company with
EPC first-class qualification of electric power project; electric power facilities
installation (maintenance) first-class permit and commissioning third-class
permit ; special equipment installation ,reform and maintenance permit
(boiler ,lifting machineries and pressure piping ); installing civil nuclear pressure
equipment license; qualification of building construction EPC second-class,
earthwork construction (first class), steel structure construction (first class), top
building construction (first class) and environment protection construction (first
class) issued by related authorities of government in China .
The company also has civil & metal laboratory of country-level and weld
training center of first class in Chinas electric power industry. The company also
achieved Qualification Certificate of Overseas Project Contracting of the Peoples
Republic of China.
Since its establishment in 1988, our company is rooted in coal energy base
Shanxi ,which has the biggest scale and longest history .Until now ,total
capabilities we constructed are 13440MW .Our company has excellent
performance in 600 MW units ,300MW units and below 300 MW coal fired
power plant .The projects we constructed have received China Project
Construction LuBan Awardnational high quality project , national thermal
power large unit (600MW class) competition championthe first prize , China
high quality project of the unit, thermal power generating reliability gold medal
unit , Shanxi construction project high quality prize Fenshui Cup, first
session civil engineering prizeTaihang Cup of Shanxi Province etc. In addition,
our company has rich experiences and advanced technology in constructing CFB
units.

At present , our company has created best construction performance of
300MW units in CFB area because of its continuous operation reaching 193 days
since it was transferred.The company has been adhering to constructing long-term
stability operation units. Many constructed units have operated continuously after
it was put into operation and created good economic interests to customers.In the
field of power transmission and transformation, besides 110KV, 220KV, 500KV
substations, our company also constructed first class project in the world--1000kv

Steam Turbine Manufacture, and Harbin Electrical Machinery Manufacture. It was
put into operation in September 2007. No.1 unit of the 2nd extension project
2600MW units of Datang Yangcheng Power Plant has operated continuously and
stably for 132 days after test run for 168 hours on 20th ,Sept,2007.The second phase
2600MW project of Yangcheng Power Plant was awarded the honorable title of The
unit of putting into operation after reaching the standards, the Third Prize in
National Coal-fired Unit (600 MW level) Competition (2008) Up-to-standard site
for safety and civilized construction and 2008 Customer satisfaction project of
construction industry in Shanxi Province etc.

operation in January,2001. It was awarded national excellent welding project by
China Project Construction Welding Association in November, 2000.It was awarded
thermal power high quality project by State Power Corporation in February,
2001.No.13,14 unit won China Project Construction LuBan Awardnational high
quality project in December, 2001.It was awarded national consumer satisfaction
project by China Association Of Construction Enterprise Management in April,

company ,Jiangsu electric power company, Shanxi Local electric power company and
America AES generating co. ,ltd .The project adopts EPC mode . It started in August,
1997. BTG epuipments were supplied by Foster Wheeler in USA, Siemens in
Germany. It was put into operation in July, 2002. No.3 unit was named transfer of
production of standard production unit of infrastructure by State Power Corporation
in August, 2002. No.3 unit of the first-stage project 6350MW in Yangcheng Power
Plant undertaken by our company has created best performance because of its
continuous operation reaching 506 days since it was transferred. The basis of No.6
steam turbine was awarded Electric power construction engineering high quality
project of Shanxi Province by Electric Power Construction Engineering Quality
Inspection Station Of Shanxi Province in April, 200 az1.No.3 unit was awarded
national thermal power import large unit (300MW class) competition the first
prize in August, 2007.

BTG equipments were supplied by Sichuan Dongfang Boiler Co., Ltd, Shanghai
Steam Turbine Co., Ltd, and Shanghai Steam Turbine & Generator Co., Ltd. It was
put into operation in April, 2007. Its 240 meter chimney is awarded Fenshui Cup
Quality Award for construction works in Shanxi Province in 2008.
