Schco MSE 210 mounting rails
Mounting rails
Schco offers seven different
mounting rails for various uses
and spans. The mounting rails
have up to three functional sides
for attaching to the roof anchors
using OneTurn technology
and for mounting modules
and accessory components.
The mounting rails are designed
to suit different structural
requirements and spans and
suit almost every possible roof
pitch from 10 to 60 for on-roof
installation.
The mounting rails are certifed
in accordance with the current
standard DIN 1055 and can
support a snow load of up to
1.3 kN/m, the mounting rail
BP 215 S can support up to
10 kN/m.
The module felds to be mounted
can be arranged in various ways.
For special applications, three
special mounting rails are
available for cruciform and
trapezoidal mounting. These can
be mounted quickly and securely
using perfectly tailored
components such as cruciform
and trapezoidal brackets.
All the mounting rails are
available in lengths of 6,180 mm
and can be ordered individually.
Visible mounting allows every
component of the system to be
effectively checked to ensure
they ft securely.

The right solution for type of installation
Cable duct
The cable duct allows the
cables to be kept clean and in
place under the modules and
along the mounting rails. The
cable duct can also be installed
subsequently to keep the cables
in order.
The emphasis here when laying
the connecting cables is on
reducing the risk of accidents
with inadvertently separated DC
cables.

Installation on trapezoidal corrugations
Trapezoidal bracket
For load-bearing roof coverings
without tiles. A PV installation
with trapezoidal brackets can be
mounted particularly quickly and
cost-effectively on roof coverings
with trapezoidal corrugations
with suffcient load-bearing
capacity. The trapezoidal brackets
are screwed directly onto the roof
covering. The mounting rails can
be pushed directly onto the
trapezoidal brackets. Due
to the low height above the
roof covering and the direct
attachment of the system,
the mounted installation will
effectively withstand wind
and snow loads. For use in
conjunction with mounting rail
BP 030 T, there are two special
trapezoidal brackets for faster
installation: single trapezoidal
brackets and double trapezoidal
brackets.
Connector
Allows the connection of single
mounting rails and compensates
for the thermal expansion of the
mounting rails. The connection
is via a "sliding" and a "fxed
bearing".
The connector does not fulfl any
structural function.
Connector kit
Suitable for attaching short
mounting rail sections of up to
250 mm in length. They are
attached using two punching
screws (M8 x 14). After
installation, this connection is a
"fxed bearing".
The connector kit does not
fulfl any structural function.

effcient cruciform installation.
The cruciform bracket to be
installed on one side only has
been specially developed to
connect mounting rail BP 170 V
and mounting rail BP 165 H.
Therefore, a crossover can be
created with a high level of pre-
assembly.
