an! management of change 0roce!ures in 0lace to ensure that refiner 0rocessing a!!iti'e
use is well !efine! an! controlle!+ An changes in a!!iti'e com0osition/manufacturing source
or refiner 0rocessing con!itions shoul! be subBect to a formal ris= assessment to ensure
maintenance of finishe! 0ro!uct ?ualit+
